We had a very disappointing experience with this tint company. After having the walkthrough window on our boat tinted, the glass shattered. We took the issue directly to the boat manufacturer, and thankfully they covered the replacement under warranty. Wanting to give the tint company the benefit of the doubt, we brought the replacement window back to them for the second tint job. Unfortunately, within ONE HOUR of leaving their shop, the replacement window shattered again. The window had been properly transported and handled on our end, and there was no damage from loading or unloading the vehicle. Instead of taking any responsibility or even showing concern, the company immediately blamed us, became extremely unprofessional, and even cussed at us during the conversation. At no point did they try to help resolve the issue or stand behind their work. Accidents can happen, but customer service and accountability matter. Being treated disrespectfully and blamed for a repeat issue right after service was unacceptable. I would strongly recommend others think twice before trusting this company with expensive glass or tint work. read more

Took my 2026 Subaru Outback in Had everything tinted and a visor tint front windshield , dropped off 8am was done in a few hours. Amazing top notch work. I would give 0 stars if that was available, they put 5% tint on my vehicle when I went in and said "I want the darkest tint that's legally possible" they then gave me 5% tint and I had no idea that was illegal, that's not for me to know that for them to know and inform their customers. I got pulled over as soon as I left the facility and I was confused as to why I was pulled over, the officer tells me my tint is illegal, I had no idea. So I call the establishment and tell the lady who helped me , it was two girl working front desk who didn't properly communicate with each other, rudely telling me that I got what I asked for, I then said I didn't even speak to you so how're you going to tell me what I asked for?! The owner then called me a few days later because I asked for a refund and removal of my tint, instead of fixing the issue his employees caused he instead called me a lair and said " I'm not calling you a liar but I know you have friends that have this tint and think is cool" like what?? It's my daily driver and I truly had no idea. Owner was rude off the bat and didn't even try to resolve the issue. My son told me about this business located near Old Town. Still checked various reviews and made contact with them to setup a time to get the work done. They were able to accommodate an appointment for the next day. I was shown the various darkness options. Was told that they would call when done, but expect the call to be close to closing. Don't walk, RUN! I took my 2025 Tesla 8 days old because the owner said he specialized in teslas. He completely ruined the interior! Yes he gave us a $100.00 discount because he sold us on more window tint. The job would have been $1000.00 but we paid $900.00 for him to ruin the inside of our Tesla. Please see pics. Water damage/stains and has since stopped taking my husbands calls. He claims my husband had nothing positive to say. Well there isn't anything positive to say. Period. The water damage his claim, oh that will dry. Well it's been over a month and I haven't seen any changes other than the stains are there. They're not going away. The top window has a straight split in it. You can se the line all the way across the top. The front windshield I pointed out to him the day of and he said to bring it back and he will fix it because they were closing. There's no way on earth I will have him touch my car again. So it sits with a scratch in the film. Didn't notice the top window till I looked up and again he's not stepping foot in my vehicle again. This was at the Fresno location but same owner and btw it was the owner himself who states he did my car. He said he would make it right but has since stopped all communication with my husband. I went here around July and it is now January- windows are still perfect! You cannot see into my back windows or back windshield and I love that. I did the "lowest" aka the most legal tinting on my front windows and you can see see through pretty much but better than my Subaru windows had before. Man, man, man. This place is awesome I knew from my first summer here it was going to be hot and me and my fishbowl wasn't going to have a good time if I didn't get tint asap. I called one day and schedule off for my next off day and did a morning job to have my car dropped off. Cash handled everything perfectly answered all my questions. For being out of state I know my tint laws back there and lucky to my surprise California doesn't have the same rules. I was able to get all my windows done and at a great price. Some places charge more for how dark you want to go but not here! It's not hot in my car anymore. This place is an absolute joke!!! First off, the owner is a creep! He kept trying to hit on me and made the whole situation uncomfortable! I had to keep telling him to stop. I got my windows tinted a couple of weeks ago, and it bubbling. I went back to have them fix it, and they said they had no record of doing business with me!! To top it off, they left scratches on my car and muddy footprints all on the floorboards! When I pointed it out to them, they said it was already there. Got our fourth vehicle tinted on Friday. Appreciate Cash helping me out and getting me in on short notice. Flawless job on the tint all around to include the windshield. If you've never tinted a windshield you have to ask them to let you see inside one of their vehicles that has it. Does wonders on inside cabin temp in summer and it is huge for your eyes. We've had all of our vehicles tinted here. We did two vehicles (a car and a SUV) a year ago and the tint continues to look amazing on both vehicles.
