Don't walk, RUN! I took my 2025 Tesla 8 days old because the owner said he specialized in teslas. He completely ruined the interior! Yes he gave us a $100.00 discount because he sold us on more window tint. The job would have been $1000.00 but we paid $900.00 for him to ruin the inside of our Tesla. Please see pics. Water damage/stains and has since stopped taking my husbands calls. He claims my husband had nothing positive to say. Well there isn't anything positive to say. Period. The water damage his claim, oh that will dry. Well it's been over a month and I haven't seen any changes other than the stains are there. They're not going away. The top window has a straight split in it. You can se the line all the way across the top. The front windshield I pointed out to him the day of and he said to bring it back and he will fix it because they were closing. There's no way on earth I will have him touch my car again. So it sits with a scratch in the film. Didn't notice the top window till I looked up and again he's not stepping foot in my vehicle again. This was at the Fresno location but same owner and btw it was the owner himself who states he did my car. He said he would make it right but has since stopped all communication with my husband. Please see photos for yourself and form your own judgment!!!

Amazing customer service! Have had 4 cars tinted with them and they all look fabulous. Jeff made sure we were happy and if not, he'd corrected it. Will definitely go back for tint with any new cars in the future. Great prices, and great customer service! AAA+++

My son told me about this business located near Old Town. Still checked various reviews and made contact with them to setup a time to get the work done. They were able to accommodate an appointment for the next day. I was shown the various darkness options. Was told that they would call when done, but expect the call to be close to closing. I was happy to get a call around lunchtime to let me know it was ready. Car looked great but wanted to give it a week before reviewing. Looks great so far. No bubbles and no issues. Love the lifetime warranty!

Very quick, very friendly! We received AWESOME quality work getting our entire work truck tinted in less than 30 minutes. After meeting the owner Jeff at a local restaurant and seeing their mobile tinting unit, we headed to his shop in Clovis for terrific customer service and skilled, affordable window tinting. Plus the tint comes with a warranty if anything should happen.

Got my car tinted here about 2 weeks ago now. Amazing job and quality of work done by precision window tinting. I called around 10 am and they said bring it in at 1130 am. Very happy about the fast service. Walked right in, was greeted by a very friendly lady named Cash, she told me how the tints work, and how they look. I chose my tint. Car was ready by 4pm. Note I had 5 windows done as well. The ceramic tint is very good at keeping sunlight and heat out. Priced very well for the high quality tint and lifetime warranty!! Took the mother in laws new car in for tinting and was glad I did. Setting the appointment couldn't have been easier. The team member advised me of when I should get there to ensure I'd be out quickly. Was quoted two hours and it was done in an hour and a half. There's another local company which claims to be the best but wanted more than a $100 more for lower quality film. The car couldn't have turned out any better and the atmosphere/experience was wonderful. I'll definitely refer friends and family here, as well as be back myself when I need anything tinted in the future. read more

A great locally owned family company. I've been to both the Clovis one and the Fresno location. The second time I went, I did have a mixup with the wait time for my windshield tint that I think may just have been due to how crazy busy Clovis building can be, and ended up having to leave without getting the service done. I really did not expect to hear from anyone at the company since they are clearly doing great business wise and I'm just one customer, but the owner Jeff reached out and really made it clear he wanted to get the situation corrected. He went above and beyond to make the experience positive and I can tell from that experience and the other reviews that him and his wife really treat their customers like they matter and are dedicated to making sure they all have a quality experience. Both the Fresno and Clovis location do an amazing job on the tint itself as well, and they use high quality product. This will be the only company I'll recommended going forward just due to the quality and the great local family business experience the owners give. read more

Worst customer service EVER! Young kid with glasses was rude, wouldn't let me talk, was screaming not to park there move move move. I said I'm not parking I am just asking a question (while in my vehicle with it running and the window down) he just kept yelling. I just finally drove off... went somewhere else for good friendly customer service. This rude kid just lost you a service for two vehicles. read more

Huge shoutout to Precision Window Tinting. Our Tesla ended up having some missing section of heating element on the rear window this caused it to burn and scorch our tint as well as not function properly. We went to Tesla and go figure they are trying to say that because it was tinted it voids their warranty. Even though you can clearly see the missing pieces of element. Not just a cracked or damaged element. We got in-touch with Jeff who contacted and spoke to Tesla'a shop manager who together came up with an agreement and he was able to get tesla to rightfully replace the window and cover the costs of the replacement of the rear window. Thank you Jeff. You and your staff are awesome! read more

We made an appointment and got there on time and they finished within a couple hours like they told us. We were beyond satisfied with their work and customer service. We worked with a gal named Cash and she was very informative as to what to expect along with our warranty. We went with the ceramic 20% tint. Lastly, we had called around for prices and they were the best price for Ceramic. Thanks Ms. Cash for selling us your business. We were very pleased. It made a huge difference in temperature! Worst job ever. Based on the finish of these windows, it reflects their company as being inconsiderate and sloppy. This is not polished work and I am very disappointed in how it came out. Many reviews are based on the initial visit or service. However, what about after the sale? Do they stand behind their work or product? I can attest to Precision standing behind their service, even two years later. I had two cars tinted and they looked great. Unfortunately one of the cars began having small air bubbles in the rear deck window. When I contacted Precision there was NO hesitation whatsoever. They set up an appointment convenient to our schedule, not theirs. The film was replaced at no charge due to their lifetime guarantee. Precision definitely earned a 5 star review!! Consider me a lifetime customer. read more

Good Day All! I recently took 2 cars here to be tinted. This shop handled it wonderfully from appointment to dropping off cars. "Cash" handled perfectly, emailed and confirmed all, when dropping off once again all was explained and completed very nicely. Brought my 2016 Mazda 3 here to get all five windows tinted. Price was super reasonable at $250. Took two hours for them to do it. I was told there might be a few bubbles on the tint, which there was, but that they would go away, which they did! The tint on all five windows looks great and I would definitely recommend them! read more

AMAZING service and GREAT staff. The staff at the front desk were very professional and pleasant and helpful in booking my car in on the phone and when I dropped off my VW Passat and I was greeted straight away and shown the different shades of tint and told they will call when it's finished. When I picked up the my car 4 hours later it looked absolutely awesome ....they explain the warranty and what to do and not to do for the next 5 days . Will be definitely going back if I need tinting again and will recommend to family and friends of the great service you guys did especially the technician who did the job didn't catch his name but can you say Thank you to him again. read more

I called one Thursday to get my windows tinted the following Saturday, they wasn't taking appointments because of the rodeo... but! They happily took my car in on that Sunday! I went a bit darker than average, and it looks great. It makes a big difference in reducing the sunlight coming in. Price is reasonable too! I was surprised that even the back window is included. While I was there I noticed they also do window tint so I asked for a quote. The price they gave me was super fair & competitive compared to other places I've used in the past, so I decided to go for it. The tint came out awesome and so far I've had zero issues with it. Plus it's backed by a lifetime warranty through Stek dealers network which gives me peace of mind if anything ever comes up. The team here was super friendly, professional, and easy to work with the whole time. They really take pride in their work and it shows in the high quality of the repair and the tint job. Overall I'm really happy I was able to get both the chip repair and tint done in one stop. Great service, great results, and I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work. Even though he was in the middle of an installation when I arrived, he took a quick moment to greet me and answer my questions. He's very knowledgeable about his products, and his shop and office were tidy and well-organized. We discussed tint options, made selections, and set an appointment for the next day. Raymond estimated a 2.5-hour installation and even texted me twice to confirm the appointment. On the morning of my appointment, he reached out to let me know about a 15-minute delay -- great communication, which I appreciated. The job ended up taking about eight hours due to a mechanical issue, and when I reviewed my receipt, I noticed the windshield tint (which I thought we had included) wasn't listed in the price. I'll take some of the responsibility for not asking for a written quote instead of relying on notes. This is a newer, family-run business, and Raymond clearly takes pride in his work and shop. He's enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and willing to do whatever is necessary to make his customers happy. I believe he'll continue to refine his process and grow his business -- and I'd definitely return, just with a written quote next time.

First, I was misquoted for the tint, I guess I didn't ask for the 'ceramic' quote over the phone and was rushed through the initial process at the front desk when i arrived for my appointment. The lady wasn't very helpful and it was my first time ever getting tint on a new car so I didn't know the differences and was very overwhelmed. I've just been really unhappy with how it looks and feels for the past 2 years and I found a place patient enough to walk me through the process and redo them. This is on me and not on this shop. The work was good, looking back I wish they would've been more helpful for someone new to tint and I wouldn't feel like this now.

Place was great offered great prices. I took my brand new car in to get window tints. This was a new car with no defects. After the window tinting there was a nick in the leather. I called the shop they were very nice about it and they offer to fix it. Fast forward a year later still nothing. Every time I call they say they are looking for a person to do it. Super responsive, easy to make an appointment, scheduled me in the same day over email. It was convenient and in a perfect location so I could walk around Old Town Clovis while I waited.
