They honestly dont even deserve a rating they were horrible with my car. They werent even safe with it whats so ever because since they thought it was an older car they thought it was ok to just do what ever and not care about their tools hitting it because I now have a scratch indent from them. They also took out my whole back 3rd brake light behind my backseats and messed up how the brake light turns on. The scratch that they made was so bad and deep it wont even buff out I wouldn't mind it if it would buff out but its indented so bad nothing will fix it. The store also sucks at communicating. I brought my car in at 1 and they said it would be done in a few hours but decided to call me 20 minutes before they closed to say they need the car overnight. When i asked why they needed too keep it overnight they wouldn't answer my response and kept on saying they needed to do a good job when in reality they just broke many things in my car. When i came to pick up items in my car because they had to keep it overnight I saw many parts disassembled that didn't need to be taken apart and a few parts in pieces. This place sucks would not recommend take your business elsewhere. read more

Had my car tinted here.computer cut tint so it leaves a slight window margin on top of window due to being short.left bubbles on one window.was told they will burn off in sun & never did.window surface was not properly cleaned to tint.took to 3 other tint shops & all laughed @ the one shoddy tint job on one window.after they get your money they hand you a stupid card saying that some bubbles can be present & shouldn't be looked at since we look THROUGH the window & not AT the window.this is not the way to do window tinting.now have a line of bubbles that I try not to LOOK at since I'm only instructed to look THROUGH the window.if you want low quality results this is the place.will take tint off myself & take to a shop that will do it right.Maybe some of the good reviews are true & one of the better tint window installers did do a good job.A business is only as good as its employees & the guy that tinted my windows was not good-All I remember about him is he was smoking in the work area & thought this was unprofessional & should have used better instincts & told them thanks & goodbye.hope this helps someone & maybe owner will find out that the smoking employee was the smoking gun on the tint job.good luck read more

I called before I brought my car in and let them know that I needed to be out of there before 930 because I had work, dropped my car off at 8 o'clock and I was done by 845. The quality of their service was perfect! they even washed all the bugs off of my brand new car because they knew I wouldn't be able to wash it for the next few days and cleaned off the back up camera for me too. I called the business and spoke to the lady and she gave me estimate for ceramic tint . My daughter had been there because someone had windows tinted there . I show up and signed for the job , she said I could wait in the lobby but I told her no I'll just wait outside of the car area where the windows are being tinted . As I was watching one of her worker's confronted me telling me to go in waiting room , I mentioned to him that the lady said it was ok to be outside! After a little while he comes back to me and tells me he feels like he's in a fish bowl being watched ! I said what ?, I'm not bothering anyone , and I felt like he was very paranoid about his job ! Maybe doesn't feel like he does a good job or cuts corners! He was just going to lose a customer because of his attitude! I went into the office and spoke with the lady and told her I was not comfortable doing my truck windows with someone's attitude like that ! I told her you just lost a customer and many more ! Extremely satisfied at the quality and level of professional service provided as I went through the process of tinting my car window. Another competitor had quoted me $200 for the peel and new tint of my rear and back windows. However, when I arrived to my appointment, the same work quoted over the phone was now going to be $340 plus a possibility of a damaged antennae. Disillusioned by the misleading business practice I called up Precision Window Tint for a quote and spoke to Shanna. For the peel of the old film and new tint, I was quoted $225. The amazing part was that I did not have to make an appointment at the time and so I brought my car right in. When I arrived the price quoted over the phone was honored plus there was no mention of the possibility of a damaged antenna. My car was ready in about two hours (4-5 hours quoted by competitor), and the quality of the work was stellar.
