He's clearly very experienced at what he does. I started by getting quotes on Yelp. Legacy Tint was prompt in responding throughout the whole process. They explained the difference between carbon and ceramic film and gave quotes. After waiting to get quotes from other businesses, I ultimately decided to go with Legacy Tint. Although their prices were on the higher end, I didn't mind as I prefer to pay for something that will last longer or for life vs having to replace every few years. What really sold me was their lifetime warranty. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. (Again, that responsiveness!) The guys were nice and easy going, answered my questions and reassured my concerns. They promised it would be done in 3 hours and it was done in 2.5 hours. The tint has been in for 2 weeks now and I can feel the difference, especially in this triple-digit heat. Overall, great service, quality and value!

We took the issue directly to the boat manufacturer, and thankfully they covered the replacement under warranty. Wanting to give the tint company the benefit of the doubt, we brought the replacement window back to them for the second tint job. Unfortunately, within ONE HOUR of leaving their shop, the replacement window shattered again. The window had been properly transported and handled on our end, and there was no damage from loading or unloading the vehicle. Instead of taking any responsibility or even showing concern, the company immediately blamed us, became extremely unprofessional, and even cussed at us during the conversation. At no point did they try to help resolve the issue or stand behind their work. Accidents can happen, but customer service and accountability matter. Being treated disrespectfully and blamed for a repeat issue right after service was unacceptable. I would strongly recommend others think twice before trusting this company with expensive glass or tint work.
