Figure it's time to give an update on my experiences at Future Ford and again this is for the service dept only. I have multiple vehicles between personal and work I need to keep serviced. Samantha has been a life saver for me. I travel all over the US weekly and I don't have a lot of time to spend on coordinating vehicle services. Samantha has taken all the work out of this and made it very simple for me to manage. Samantha is an exceptional communicator letting you know status of repairs and options from start to finish. The ability to text her and not be stuck on hold forever is such a time saver that I'm very grateful for. Samantha has made dealing with the different fleet vehicle management companies effortless on my end so I never waste time dealing with that scenario. It's very rare to find this level of customer service not only in the automotive industry, but in all industries. Samantha values the customer experience at a level rarely seen in this world. Samantha is a true brand ambassador for Ford Motor Company.

I set my safety recall inspection with Troy who was very accommodating with dates and times. I showed up and they got me in right on schedule. After inspection they let me know that amazingly they had both pieces available and if I gave them about 30 more minutes they would install the new pieces (side note their great service team finished even quicker!). Let me tell you, there is a reason Future Ford of Clovis has several President's Awards; their customer service is amazing! I originally dealt with Lithia Ford when I got the recall notice (only because it was closer, I had no preference in regard to either dealership at the time) and after dealing with them and the ridiculous experiences and phone calls, I will gladly drive to Clovis to take my Explorer here. I didn't have a preference before, I absolutely do now and it's Clovis Future Ford! Thank you Troy and your work-twin for the warm and friendly welcome and service, it is very much appreciated!!

I have never been happier with a dealer's service department than I was at Hedricks Chevrolet…read moreyesterday. The cold weather had caused the battery in my Tahoe to fail - sending the car into a stall while displaying weird error messages...it was 11am, pouring down rain and I desperately needed the car for important meetings the next day. My first call to a Chevy Dealer let me know that they could not even look at my Tahoe until the next day - not even for a quick diagnosis. By contrast, the service manager at Hedricks approved a diagnostic check the same day - which showed that it was all battery related. Within 2 hours, working with Julian, my car had a new battery and I was on my way. Some dealers provide service - while others epitomize the spirit of service. Thank you Hedricks for exemplifying what true service can be. I'm forever grateful.

WARNING: Do NOT buy from Hedrick's Chevrolet in Clovis…read more I purchased a 2018 Chevy Colorado with about 90k miles in January 2026, and within just 70 days, the vehicle had been in the shop three separate times. The check engine light came on within the first 30 days of ownership. When I contacted Hedrick's service department, I was instructed to take the truck to Merced Chevrolet for a diagnostic evaluation. I was told that my warranty would cover the diagnostic and that next steps would be determined once the issue was identified. However, after taking the truck in, I was informed that the vehicle had preexisting issues and that the warranty would not cover the diagnostic because it does not take effect until 30 days after purchase. I had no choice but to pay the $500 diagnostic fee just to retrieve my vehicle and bring it back to Hedrick's for repairs. After nearly a week, their service department claimed the issue was fixed, replacing an O2 sensor and exhaust gasket. Exactly one week later, the check engine light came back on. I contacted Hedrick's again and was told to bring it back in. After another week in the shop, they stated repairs were completed, this time replacing another O2 sensor and the purge valve. Within three weeks, the check engine light and traction control light came on again. The truck began shaking and rattling and became undriveable. I contacted Hedrick's service department once more and spoke with Marty, who advised me to have the vehicle towed to American Chevrolet in Modesto, stating that my warranty would cover repairs there and that Hedrick's would coordinate with them. A few days later, I was informed by American Chevrolet that the fuel injectors needed to be replaced, but the repair was not covered under the warranty. When I followed up with Marty to understand my options, he referred me to the manager, Tanner Hedrick. I attempted to contact him multiple times, left a message, and never received a response. It took Amerian Chevrolet several phone calls and messages before Marty at Hedricks service department retuned their calls stating they would cover the diagnostic but not the repairs. At this point, I have no choice but to pay $3,000 out of pocket for repairs. I was sold a warranty policy under the understanding that repairs could be covered and completed at any Chevrolet dealership, which has not proven to be the case. I will also be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, DMV, Federal Trade Commission, and the Bureau of Automotive Repair.
