On top of that, I was asked to sign paperwork on a laptop without being given a proper chance to review it, which I regret. Overall, the job was not completed as promised, communication was poor, and I was overcharged for work that did not fix the problem. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Master Chimney.

He shared that there were cracks and recommended purchasing an insert device or having the chimney lined.
