John made sure before the crew left that we were completely satisfied with the work. The next day, Mona followed up by phone to ensure the same, and to let us know that she was registering our product warranty with the shingle manufacturer and sharing with us pictures of the completed work. Their treatment of woodwork is smooth and clean, and the paintwork looks perfect, which is more than I can say when I try to do it myself. I've been painting my own places for 25 years and I am good enough that I don't need to mask off very much, and I'm really picky with good eyesight. I prep fully and carefully. But they still do a better job than me by head and shoulders. I am surprised by the other review, because I had a problem on-site and it was fixed immediately. They forgot to tarp off an area before sanding and got dust everywhere. I was furious because I'd just finally gotten the area clean, and if you've been thorugh a renovation, you understand how maddening this is. They spent the next hour vacuuming all my furniture, dusting everything and dry mopping my floors by way of apology. There were also profuse verbal apologies. Good enough for me. And the other times they were here, there were no such problems. They are expensive, but the work is A1.
