I generally prefer my breakfast without the ambient soundtrack of respiratory illness, particularly when some of the coughing is coming from the people preparing the food. Meanwhile, the AC was apparently set to "meat locker," so I froze my ass off while drinking coffee that immediately informed my colon we had somewhere else to be. Combine that with the nuclear salsa and I was suddenly operating under a very real deadline. Naturally, I walked outside to discover I had been completely parked in. And somehow my friend, who parked in a totally different spot, was ALSO parked in. So now two adults with increasingly urgent gastrointestinal situations are performing eight-point turns in the parking lot like we're taking the final exam at defensive driving school.
