I experienced restoration of my well being through water and heat at Asha. The soak was nourishing and relaxing. This was my first cold plunge experience and I really enjoyed it. I felt awake after! The sauna was great. It was my first time doing that too. It was soothing and my skin felt so great after this whole experience. The customer service is great when you check in and out. I wasn't the only newbie and it was wonderful to have the kind staff tell us about what to expect with the lockers, changing rooms and showers. There's parking in the lot by the building and street parking. Check out this bathhouse for a relaxing vibe! I cannot wait to go back.

I was really excited to try EBJ Sacramento because it seems like a one stop place for everything,…read morebut I can only speak for the specific service I booked which was the Palm and Sole massage. First, my masseuse was 30 minutes late which already threw things off. The service itself is 25 minutes which I understood going in, but it still did not feel worth it for me. The massage did not feel thorough or targeted. When they say palm they literally mean just your hands, not even your arms, which I expected. Same with the feet. I left feeling like the areas that actually needed attention were not really addressed. The experience itself felt a bit awkward overall. My masseuse was sitting down during the massage and working in a shared space where there was foot traffic and people walking back and forth. Overall I can only speak for this specific service, but for the Palm and Sole massage I personally would not recommend it.

I spoke to Zach who told me it should get there, but if it didn't, I could come in and get it if it didn't arrive by Saturday. The birthday gathering was Saturday night. Zach was great with communicating with me and asked me to follow up with him. Thankfully, the card got there and I even saw he said he'd have driven one over if he had to.
