My laptop sound died one day & since I'm unemployed at the time I needed to find someplace that could fix it without being too expensive. I did a Google search & found "Fusion Computer Repair" in Lomita and their special $39.99 Labor offer so I took it there. All the staff there were very Friendly, Helpful & Knowledgeable. Not only did they fix My Sound problem overnight, they also fixed the Back Cover for my Screen. It had a crack on the upper side & on the bottom left where the hinge is had totally cracked & the hinge was mostly gone so I had to be very careful closing my computer. They suggested that I fix it since there was a chance that I could crack the Screen if I didn't & since they gave me a discount price on the kit need to fix it (I do wish they could of cut Me a little more of a break $$, since I'm not working) but it was so Worth it, since now I have the piece of mine knowing my Screen is totally safe. The staff, especially Brent, did a fine job. Even with MS Webroot Security installed on my computer, I somehow downloaded a vicious virus. Fusion removed it, and it now works perfectly. The only reason that they didn't receive a full five stars, wast that they backed up and restored my computer without the knowledge that I was never given the key code or disc when I bought Microsoft Office 2010, so it could not be reloaded on my computer...except for the fact that my friend who recommended me to them was able to remotely find my key code and once again downloaded MS Office 2010. As a result, I am very satisfied, and the price for fixing my computer and the back-up and restore were well worth it. I would recommend this company to EVERYONE who has a computer problem. Called around multiple computer repair shops and felt most comfortable dealing with them. Dropped off my computer for a power jack repair on a Thursday and got it back on Monday which was excellent turn around. My main issue with this place is the customer service and how they returned my laptop back with me. When you walk in no body even looks at you or acknowledges that you walked in, and my computer came back with a few scratches and some of the clips were not fully pressed in, which the guy denied occurred under his supervision and basically said that his eyes are getting old. I really tried to like this place but returning a laptop scratched is not acceptable. Let's see how long the new power jack works for! read more

My laptop has been overheating for months now, and I kept putting off getting it fixed because I thought I'd have to download everything to a back up device and leave it for 3 weeks.,. that's what the geeksquad told me anyway. Well, I just decided to take a chance and search for other alternatives and I'm so glad that I did!! These people are thieves. They tried to charge me $50.00 for a $4.00 part. I told them no way. Just ship it back to me. They have called me 5 times now playing games pretending someone called and told them to go ahead and do the repair, and didn't get message to not fix and just ship back. It has been over a month now and I still haven't received my computer back. I think it is time to file complaints with the State Atty's General, USPS Mail Fraud, FBI Internet Fraud and a dozen comlaint sites. The oriental accented guy (Vietnamese?) is a scumbag who likes to play a lot of games. If you take your computer to these people after reading all the complaints you are a moron! read more

I am surprised by the negative reviews I see here. I have been using Fusion for four years. I hesitantly bought the package with the anti-virus they recommended. It comes with one year of free labor. Since installing it I have had no attacks of which I am aware. Now it is an annual purchase for me. The free labor came in handy because I had issues which were fixed at no charge and done in a reasonable time frame. Every time I have a problem it seems to be when I'm facing a deadline. They have been very accommodating to keep the repair time to a minimum. I have recommended them to several people and have never had negative feedback. read more

The old computer was dying. I went to Best Buy. Crowds. Waited 15 minutes to talk to some rushed 20 year old who was not that helpful. "There has to be a better way to buy a computer!" I thought. And there is. Fusion, in Lomita. They were polite, took their time, spent almost 40 minutes with me, showing me three different models that might work for me. I ended up with a nice Dell, with the boards and features that I wanted, at a price that was $60 less than what Best Buy wanted. Also, they transferred data from my old computer for free. $75 at Best Buy! I got better service, and saved $135. read more

The screen on my iPad 2 was shattered. I dropped it off and three days later, picked it up good as new. Their price was reasonable as I had called other stores. They were courteous and professional.
