Got stuck taking the family for some shopping and I spotted this place. Great atmosphere! Place was remodeled and reopened last November with new owners and man they did a great job. Gone is the black and red decor. Decent cigar selection. Very good drinks and friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. Got some TVs going. Nice little indoor seating area or an outdoor area if you prefer. I was able to chill out with a stick and an old fashioned while the family shopped. I would definitely recommend this place and would go back in a heartbeat. Definitely a gem if you are looking to relax with a cigar and a drink. read more

Dropped in late morning and they were very welcoming. The humidor is well stocked and the gentleman that assisted me was knowledgeable, and very nice to work with. Picked up some new cigars to try. Sat and had a tasty Bloody Mary too, made by Kat. Cool vibe too. Very nice bourbon selection as well Try it out! read more

First, this establishment does not serve food, however. They allow you to bring food and eat it there. My boyfriend enjoys his cigars, so we came here twice during our vacation. They have a large bar area and many tables inside and out to sit back, relax, and enjoy a cigar and a drink. The customer service for the cigars was pretty good. The service for the bar was pretty poor. We went there two separate days and each time there were two different bar tenders working. They don't really pay you any attention if you don't sit directly at the bar. That was quite annoying. Another thing that annoyed me is that on the second day, they put my wine in a champagne flute, which was very strange to me, and my pour was wasted because it was more than the flute could handle and then by the time I got my drink, more was spilled from it overflowing.. read more

Fusion just proved it's not a place that respects boundaries, quiet enjoyment, or basic common sense. I parked my motorcycle in a parking spot and one of the bartenders and another employee who l think was a manager couldn't fathom the idea that I would park a legally registered motor vehicle in a parking spot instead of putting it in a no parking zone. I'm one customer with a motorcycle so l guess according to them I'm required to park illegally so that cars with more customers could fill the space instead. I decided to avoid conflict and move my bike to an area where I wasn't taking up a parking spot. This is where it gets pretty uncomfortable and disrespectful. The manager decided to kiss up to me and give me 2 free cigars with broken cellophane wrappers so they were obviously going to be thrown out anyway. He grabbed my shoulder and told me he was sorry for the inconvenience. Shortly afterwards the same bartender who made the parking spot an issue in the first place came over and also rubbed my shoulder and thanked me for moving the bike. So not only was I asked to park illegally but I was touched by not one but two employees from behind without my consent. This is not a cigar lounge. It's a loud bar that happens to sell cigars. Needless to say they will never have to worry about my motorcycle taking up one of their precious parking spaces ever again. read more

I visited Fusion in 2023. It had a pristine collection of sticks in its humidor. The bar is very well stocked, and the drinks are good. It is a very elegant spot for cigar aficionados. I will say it is pricier than others I've been to locally, but being that it is basically on Clearwater Beach, it makes sense. I was just there this month 11/24, and needless to say they took a direct hit from Hurricane Helene and are open but working to build back. If you are visiting and looking for a smoke and drink, drop by. It's a comfortable atmosphere with friendly folks, and I know the business will appreciate it as they work to return to pre-storm elegance! Looking forward to seeing their gains in 2025 read more

Excellent Cigar Bar. Really. Truly Excellent! Highlights: Phenomenal selection of smokes including many rare smokes. Phenomenal liquor selection including Pappy Van Winkle by the glass!!! Also excellent espresso and coffee setup. Phenomenal staff that is very friendly and attentive from the bartenders to the cigar masters to the owners (who are onsite). (Yes, the 'Fusion Girls' are truly gorgeous!) Great lounge area with TV's for games, etc. Seriously cool place! The only downside, if I had to pick one, would be parking especially at high demand weekend days at the beach but thou shall overcome for a great experience. read more

Stop in this place while visiting the west coast last week. First, this is a lively place. there is a good vibe of traditional and modern together with the finer points of each coming into balance. The cigar selection in not superior; however, it is adequate with enough of a variety to satisfy the majority of folks who might enter the place. The waitstaff is incredible and very attentive. In the hour or so I was sitting there they cleaned the ash tray 3 or 4 times. The beer was cold and the liquor was not stale so they must pour a lot. The sticks were fresh, not dry and not brittle. Good Job! I will return. read more

My wife came to Clearwater for our anniversary and visited this place twice. As I write this I am enjoying my second cigar of the weekend. The bearded dark headed fella inside was very helpful with picking the right cigar. The two bartenders (one dark headed girl and one blonde) were very friendly and even helped us pick a nice place to eat on our last night. Ignore the negative reviews- I would imagine many of those are just dudes that couldn't get the bartender's number, and they were rightfully denied. 10/10 would recommend If I'm ever back in Clearwater I will be stopping here again. It is seriously the BEST pina colada I have ever had. They use a simple mix and a dark rum, but it tasted like heaven. The ice was perfectly blended and since we were inside, they give you a straw (I can understand that many seagulls probably choke on straws that are carelessly strewn on the beach from the tiki bar customers). And lets face it, pina coladas were made for drinking with a straw. When I mentioned that this was the best pina colada I had ever had to the bar tender as I ordered a second one, she drizzled more rum on top! I was a very happy, very tipsy customer after that pina colada. This bar is just as good, or better than the famed tiki bar at the beach... They also tend to run out of the pina colada mix at the tiki bar (but still serve the drink with half the mix!!) and gave me a bit of attitude instead of explaining why I can't get a straw when I asked for one. Best and friendly service with a smile! Great lounging area.

The overall vibe just wasn't for me, and I wasn't sure the food was going to be very good. The person I was with chose the restaurant, though, so I went along with it. Service: Our server was excellent. She was attentive, checked on us frequently, and made sure our drinks stayed full and that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Atmosphere: The restaurant is located on a rooftop with an open-air setting and a DJ playing music. It's a very casual, laid-back spot with nice views, but it's definitely not somewhere I'd consider upscale or memorable. Food: We ordered the blackened chicken sandwich with fries, and that was the highlight of the meal. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and cooked just right. I really have no complaints about it. We also ordered the birria tacos, and they were a huge disappointment. When I order birria tacos, I expect crispy tacos filled with beef and melted cheese, served with a cup of rich consommé for dipping. Instead, these came on soft flour tortillas with shredded beef, corn, black beans, and other toppings, with no consommé. The beef was also very dry. It wasn't at all what I expected, and it's not something I'd ever order again. Overall: While the service was great and the chicken sandwich was enjoyable, the disappointing birria tacos and the overall atmosphere just weren't enough to make me want to return. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that I'd choose before coming back, so this isn't a place I'd personally recommend.

We did not have any food as we only stopped up for cocktails on our way to dinner. Bartenders were friendly if not a bit harried as there was a private party going on half of the facilities. But they waited on us and returned with our drink orders promptly. There was no music, so the ambience was that of elegance and not a party. Definitely a great location to start and/or end your evening.

It has the location and the outdoor space that it could be really cool-- but it's not. It's actually borderline creepy. We've given it a few chances, and unfortunately it's been roughly the same experience each time. First, the smell is off-putting. It's like fabulosity mixed with covid-era tequila-based hand sanitizer. Iykyk. There have been live music acts each time, and they're always good. The furniture is not conducive to a group or to everyone having a decent view of the performer. It seemed like people couldn't figure out where to get a drink. It always had like a strange vibe of maybe some sort of shadiness I'd rather not speculate on in a public forum. So all in all, we had hope and really wanted to like the place. Maybe some new people with new vision could give this spot what it needs to be the spot we all need!

Horrible place! If this is an example of a cigar bar I feel bad for Florida. The guy manager is an absolute a hole and the waitresses are absolute trash. If people enjoy horrible cigars and horrible management come here. read more
