A neighborhood dive bar that is located in the plaza area. They have pool tables and darts as well. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. This is definitely a local bar and very heavy military themed, which as a veteran... I appreciate. The bartender was so incredibly friendly and we all in all had a great experience here having drinks. The one thing I was a little shocked by was the cost of Alcohol because I think we got a total of six drinks and it was well over $50 but again I didn't really care because the bartender was so nice and you could tell her just had that at home dive bar local feel to it. Honestly, not sure if they have food as we just came in here to have drinks. They do have a pool table and again smoking indoors in Florida is allowed. read more

Came in while waiting for a prescription from the all night CVS. The bar was clean and cute. Kim the barmaid was AWESOME! She told me this was only her 3rd day, but her knowledge behind the bar and way with customer's I would have thought she had been here for years. So sweet and kind, will definitely be back! My boyfriend and I made a quick stop because it was on our way home. You can clearly see ashtrays on the bar, neither of us are smokers and neither of us were bothered by the smoke at all.... Like previous reviewers stated. It's your old school type of bar and you can obviously tell walking in. We LOVED it, wings were great and came out fast. Still on the hunt for our local hangout. These are harder to find than you think. Swung by on a Thursday afternoon. This is a smoking bar and let me tell you, every single person (maybe 8 ) were sitting at the bar smoking. So, sans 2 people (us) the entire bar was smoking. And not just one, it was ongoing chain smoking. So, looking through the haze of the smoke we were trying to read the specials board. As I read them outloud the bartender literally blurted out 'those aren't until 7 pm.' I then read the next board down and he said 'those aren't until 7 pm either.' He then mumbled something I could not even make out. Ok, tough guy. What ARE your specials? Be helpful. DO your job. Stop verbally attacking your new customers that could very well be your new regulars. Tell people what IS on special. If there are no specials give them some ideas. We ordered one beer and took off. Between the horrible smoking and the bartender we wanted nothing more to do with this place. I don't get it. Who owns this place? No idea but it could be so much more and you could get so many new customers. Apparently you don't want them. It is a large place with lots of tables to sit at. Been going to this bar pretty regularly. Love the bartenders (our fav is Chrissy), great food (especially the chicken wings) and great prices on cocktails. After last night I will never go back. Went there to play Silver Strike bowling in teams. We paid for 4 players but machine kept skipping player one. We complained right away as we can't play teams if only 3 players are working. We complained again after the first game was over. Owner said nothing he could do, glitch in machine, but not in a nice way, in a yelling I'm buzzed and annoyed we bothered him kind of way. Its like playing pool with missing balls or darts with 2 darts instead of 3 it is a reasonable thing to complain about. Been to many establishments playing games and they have always reset machine, give refund so you can move to different machine, put notes on machine that it doesn't work, etc. As a customer that has been here over 100 times, the 1st time I complain and owner yells in my face and insults us by throwing $3 at us. No thanks I will never support a place that doesn't value their loyal customers. As a business owner myself I would never fathom speaking to a repeat client that way, even if they were complaining or I was annoyed by them. It's not about the money, it is about how you handled the situation and your reaction afterwards that I will never be back. read more

I didn't know it was a smoking bar. People can't smoke in the bars I usually go to in St Pete's, Largo and Clearwater. If you like gasping for air this place is great. Heading back to Largo now. read more

This is a cool little dive bar tucked away in a strip mall pretty far off the main road, and it's pretty difficult to find. However, just look for the big red sign that says "LOUNGE" and you're there. It's divey, but not gross divey. It was a pretty quiet night when I went, but still enjoyable. The bartender was very nice and I never had to wait long for drinks, even though he was the only one working. It's your typical bar with food, yet you can still smoke inside. They have pool tables, darts, the usual stuff you find at a neighborhood bar. It's a pretty large place and very spread out with a pretty large bar, so overcrowding probably isn't too much of an issue here. I didn't try the food (kitchen was closed), but I'll come back sometime and give it a shot. read more

Like me, I'm sure you've drove passed it a million times, next time do yourself a favor - look for the LOUNGE sign and go in! Amazing drinks and food even more amazing are the prices! The bartenders are so friendly and make you feel welcomed immediately. They will remember your name and drink the next time they see you, no lie. Chrissy is the best (give her all your $)! If you're in the hospitality industry it's the perfect place for an after shift drink. My single complaint is that they allow smoking and it does get bad at times, but I'm usually having too much fun to notice. read more
