Enzo the week we brought him home

After losing our dog Gatsby, we sought out a mini f1b male golden doodle and stumbled upon furrylicious online. We went to visit and ended up leaving with our dog Enzo(named Frankie at the time). Enzo is an amazing boy and we love him dearly. We unfortunately didn't have a great experience with the owner of the store. After bringing Enzo to the vet we learned that he had giardia which is common in puppies and got that taken care of. When I reached out to the owner to ask for confirmation of any vaccines that were given to Enzo as they just gave us a print out with random dates on it. No tags or receipts from the vet that administered the vaccines. That's where the fun began. You can tell the owner has been called out many times in the past by previous clients by the way she replied. Calling me condescending because I asked for an actual record for the dog I bought. All she does is spew nonsense about how she's "usda licensed and follows their guidelines". Pretty pathetic to constantly throw the usda license nonsense in our face but then have nothing to back it up. Eventually she sent over a photo of stickers showing the vaccines. Who knows if they're the ones given to Enzo as they're just placed on a sheet of paper with no other info. The staff there is great, they're sweet and kind. The owner though leaves something to be desired. She lacks professionalism, and courtesy. I won't say don't go buy a dog from them because every puppy deserves a great home. Just do your homework on her, there's tons of stuff out there on this lady and her attitude problem. I paid $3k for a mini golden doodle who they claimed wouldn't exceed 25-30lbs fully grown. He's almost 6 months old, and over 50lbs and about as tall as a German Shepard. We wouldn't trade Enzo for anything in the world but it's just another case of this lady being full of it. Just be careful who you give your money to. She doesn't appreciate the business. She just wants you to appreciate hers Below are the texts between she and I

Upon recommendation from a trusted source who had secured her family's puppy at Furrylicious three years ago, we dropped in to consider the future pooch possibilities. Seeking to move soon, and with two cats firmly ensconced at home, we believed that looking is all we would do. Upon entry, we were impressed with the Furrylicious set-up and noted how all of the dogs seemed happy in their glassed-in "suites." One particular pup caught our attention pawing the glass as we passed by. His name also happened to have significance in our family. Thinking that fate may have been intervening, we played with him in one of the enclosed areas set up for socialization, still not necessarily intent on adding a fur baby. Upon leaving Furrylicious, however, we had a long conversation, and it was clear that the pup's youthful exuberance, friendly nature, and off-the-charts cuteness proved too enticing. You only live once! Having read the Furrylicious reviews online, particularly Cindy's thoughtful yet spicy replies to reviewers that clearly had nefarious intentions rife with the "adopt, don't shop" mantra, we did further research into the breeders with whom Furrylicious works. Satisfied with our due diligence, we returned to Furrylicious the next day to complete paperwork and leave a deposit. We returned a few days later to escort our boy home to meet his feline siblings. The care and attention from the whole staff, particularly Cindy, was impressive, and left us nothing but comfortable with the whole process, which was a bit daunting as first-time dog owners. As for the negative reviews, and as with everything in life, take them with the proverbial grain of salt. Some people have legitimate adverse experiences, some people are passionate about a cause, and some people simply have an axe to grind for reasons only therapy could probably cure. The positive reviews we read closely mirrored our experience, so we are more inclined to appreciate their sincerity. Furrylicious is a serious and enduring enterprise catering to discerning clientele, notably those seeking breeds to satisfy certain canine wants and needs. Go to Furrylicious to get your pick of the litter (pun intended) only if you are serious about taking home a well-bred pup, and prepared to fund the commitment necessary to care for and enjoy these precious pets.

We purchased our sweet chihuahua Minnie ( Clara ) and we couldn't be happier. From the moment we stepped in we were welcomed with kindness professionalism and knowledge about the puppies. They helped us find our perfect match. Minnie is wonderful , sweet , happy and healthy. I can't say enough good things about Furrylicious.

We took Owen to his forever home less than two weeks ago. I never had a dog before. The experience was wonderful from the moment we walked into Furrylicious to today when we were told our puppy is thriving, not aggressive, and healthy by his new doctor. I exchanged many messages with Cindy who was patient and accommodating before I walked into the store with my family and we met our new family member, it wasn't until a week later that we were able to bring him home due my family commitments and trying to figure out the financials. I never felt pressured, they answered all my questions (there were many...) and it's been puppy love ever since

I've been looking around for the perfect female boxer I found her at Furrylicious. I got to do a video chat. Great customer service. Dogs beautiful and healthy and playful.

I got my beautiful Cavo-poo puppy from here. The staff seemed nice and the experience was pleasant. The salon did have a bit of a smell, but what can you expect with so many young puppies that are going potty ... I will say my one point of dissatisfaction is how many illnesses my little guy came with. I've had him a month and a half and I'm still treating him for issues that he caught at the shop. Just common puppy stuff like kennel cough, Giardia, and ear mites. He came with all three! I cleared the Giardia after two rounds of medication, the kennel cough is slowly clearing up, and the ear mites medicine (we needed two rounds) is almost done. In fact, due to the issues above I had to delay his vaccines because his stomach was wrecked from the Giardia (severe diarrhea). Even though that's cleared up, he can only have prescription food or the diarrhea returns. All in all, i think this is a nice place and the staff is nice but beware that when you get a puppy from a place that has so many puppies, they get sick from each other. Due to his illnesses, I had to delay potty training outside and training classes. He's finally potty trying outside though, but it's been a journey. Regardless, I love my puppy so much and I wouldn't change it because I wouldn't have him otherwise. I have to say that if you want a beautiful puppy, they have many. Despite the above, I would consider coming back if I was looking for another dog (which I'm not) ** update** the shop owner reminded me that all the puppies come with a warranty that reimbursed medical bills for common puppy issues, so I will follow the process to be reimbursed

Maddie going to her new home

I recently got my 8 week old red toy poodle (Maddie) from Furrylicious, and she's absolutely adorable. The team was very helpful and most importantly friendly. The boutique is very welcoming, and the attention the puppies receive is perfect. Thank you for my new fur baby

Great experience with Furrylicious. They were attentive, provided all the necessary documents and information about our puppy and followed up afterwards to make sure he was doing ok! Very attentive and helpful staff and clean facilities. Grateful for CIndy and her team!

It's been about a month since we brought Chewy home and it's been an absolutely seamless process thanks to Cindy and her staff. Within a week of picking her up, she was checking in every few days to make sure Chewy was healthy and even went out of her way to pick her up some antibiotics when she developed a kennel cough. Most recently, I was having trouble finding a groomer to give her a trim due to her young age and the manager Jess offered to do it herself - more than one month after Chewy left the store! It is so obvious that the owner and staff of this shop care deeply about the pups and I have been very impressed by their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. I will definitely be recommending this shop to my friends if they decide they want a fur baby of their own.

Ask the Community - Furrylicious

Hi, wondering how the puppies are taken care of overnight? Also, are they all walked regularly during the day or do they stay in the glass boxes?

Interesting to see this considering a puppy was stolen at 10pm. Therefore you leave puppies at the store ALONE all night.

What happens to the puppies as they get older if they haven't been sold yet? EDIT to address…

Says the owner

What is the range of price that the dogs would be for?

$1400. $2000

The word…read more"shelter" really does not do it justice - rather, it is truly a center based on animal needs. It is a huge facility with a lot of resources, and most employees and volunteers are knowledgeable and genuinely happy to help because of their love for animals. I've worked mostly with the cats at St. Huberts, and while I haven't adopted, I have fostered a handful of times. (A great way to get involved, especially if you're not sure that you want to commit to a pet.) There is a huge support system for fosters like me, and they will even provide you with materials to get you started such as food and litter. If you're interested in animals, it's worth it come out and support this shelter. They're happy to take volunteers if you can't adopt!
