We peaked around the corner to see our dog being treated aggressively and poorly with a look of fear on her face. By the time we got her home, her eye swelled to the point where she could not open it. She was also gagging and choking from the intensity of the force on her neck from the collar during grooming. We took her to the emergency vet where she was found to have a corneal abrasion and some neck trauma. This visit alone costed over $400 not to mention the physical and emotional trauma our poor, sweet girl has suffered. We will never recommend or come back to this facility ever again. Think twice before taking your dog to this groomer.

Our previous dog, Honey, had major surgery and couldn't be groomed for almost 5 month. When we called and spoke with Buffy she was so compassionate and took Honey in and groomed her with such care...as if she were her own. Honey looked beautiful and was so proud of herself! Now we have Molly and she absolutely loves everyone there. she always looks adorable when we pick her up. Yes, we do drop her off early and usually get a call to pick her up a few hours later but it takes time to correctly wash and groom a dog. As far as the cost...I think it's about average for a perfect grooming done exactly as we request. I would definitely recommend Four Paws to everyone...and I do. Kudos to Buffy, Mario and Rhonda!

Quick 15 min hello around other dogs. They were thorough in their analysis of my dog, and his attitude, and recommended a Saturday daycare to ease him into a new place. The staff also stressed getting vaccine data and keeping it up to date before even letting my pup go into any room with other dogs, which I thoroughly appreciated. Since that first visit, we've had no issues with pick up or drop off. You have to pre-book your dog for day care or boarding via their app, and they book up fast. They offer grooming too but last I checked, they didn't have a full time groomer. They likely do now, so just ask. Now the dog part: My dog has been coming here for the past month and LOVES IT. He's always been calm in the car, but when I pull up to the lot, and put the car in park, he's out of his seat and pawing at the door to get inside the building! He leaves the day care excited from a day of play, and proceeds to crash on the couch once he's home. Best part is that he doesn't come back smelly or gross, even after a long day! My Lucky Dog has become his favorite day care! We love it here and are excited to keep coming back!

She is a high energy husky and really needs to burn through that energy during the week. The staff is beyond excited and friendly when we drop her off. They also allow us to bring her frozen kong for her to enjoy during nap time since she isn't much of a sleeper when she's excited. Overall, I feel confident and safe leaving our fur baby with them. They truly allow her to be herself and she has a blast going here.

I was referred to dogpatch and I was very pleased at my dogs result. She's a 12 lb shihtzu Chihuahua mix.. Ashley was my groomer.. she greeted me when I dropped my dog off and spent a few minutes letting my dog sniff her out and tried to calm her nerves which I felt was an important first impression. That's when we found Bill, and from the very first meeting, we knew he was exactly who we needed. He came to our home, and immediately put us at ease. I was told I would be put on the cancellation list. Friday Sept 13th I got a txt saying there was an opening at 1:30pm. Unfortunately I couldn't take it as i was in work until 5pm. I was so bummed out as it was my pups first birthday on the 15th and this would have been the perfect opportunity to have her groomed. Deva told me she would do her best to get her in Saturday. She txt me back saying to bring her in before they open so she could groom her for me and for her birthday!! She went out of her way and was so kind. After just two days, the owners were commenting on my cats' individual personalities. They made my military travel more stress free as I knew my babies were taken care of! Thank you!!! The inside was very clean. The owners gave my cats their own bedroom with windows and a cat tree. They only take on a few animals at a time so they can give attention to their boarders. Will definitely use again if I'm in the area.
