Brought the dogs in then got a text message with the invoice which was going to be $287 because they upcharge the little dog another $35 because of the way and they say it's listed on their website. This is after I talk to the owner of the company and quoted me 235 for the two dogs then the final bill came out to 287. I went in to tell him I got two different prices they gave me a bunch of excuses which didn't make sense. The owner also said that the little dog bit the groomer twice. I went in to talk to him about that she said that the dog was muzzled the whole time during his session. How did she get bit twice if he's wearing a muzzle? Then of course they charge me a $10 special handling fee because supposedly she got bit. They gave me the original price and then they upcharge my card for the price they felt was correct. Never go to this place as far as I'm concerned if you lied to it's not a good business stay away from this company altogether

She treats him with the utmost care, as if he were her own, and she always does an excellent job with his lion cut. Before finding The Grooming Box, we had tried another mobile groomer at a comparable price point, and even with two people in the van working on him, the results weren't nearly as good. The difference in quality and detail with Kaitlyn is night and day. I've recommended The Grooming Box to friends and co-workers in the area, and everyone has had wonderful experiences with nothing but positive things to say about Kaitlyn and the other groomers. Turns out they had a gas leak and had to evacuate-- understandable, these things happen. An appointment was made for the next day. The next day, after keeping my dog for 5 hours (again, understandable, they were likely backed up), I came in expecting an apology or some sort of discount-- none of which I received. When I mentioned that we drove 20 minutes only to find an empty place without so much as a phone call, the owner told me "well, I drive 35 min to work". Inconvenience aside, leaving the door open without any signage put my wife and any other clients who walked in that building that day at extreme risk. I noted this to the owner-- still nothing. Finally, he hands me the bill and it is not only full price, but 70% HIGHER!! Our neighbor's dog is 3x the size of ours and we paid the same-- ludicrous. Many of our neighbors were similarly mistreated. There are 4 of us who were loyal clients at the old location and willing to travel 20 minutes. In one fell swoop he lost us all. Evidently, this gentleman never learned that keeping clients is far more valuable than a quick payday. Avoid at all costs.
