Every day we were sent a summary of the visit with photos. Two of our cats are much more outgoing and warmed up to them very quickly. They played, got brushed, and were clearly very well cared for! I was really impressed with how they cared for my cat Hutch. He's very shy so they only saw him a couple of times, but made sure to let us know that he was eating and using his litterbox. I really appreciate that they didn't hunt him down and make him uncomfortable. He gets bad dandruff when he's stressed out and when I came back he was completely dandruff-free! There is never a time where, if I need to text or call her that I don't hear back either immediately or within an hour or so. Normally, Ashlee sees my guys 4 days a week for an afternoon play session in my yard. On occasion, I may be getting home late from work or may need some help on a weekend day. Ashlee is always ready to help how ever she can. Next, Ashlee is very capable of handling any type of dog. The combined weight of my two is close to 200 lbs. they're big and have strong personalities. Ashlee handles them both with ease. She understands what dogs need in a leader and how to be that leader, and have fun with them. Ashlee is also very well educated when it comes to canine health and nutrition. I often find myself consulting her if something comes up with one of my dogs. Patty, the owner seemed lovely. I wasn't thrilled about the size of the crates 6x4, but figured we could do a trial run for 1 night before his actual stay. We agreed on a day and time for me to bring my cat and the day before she asked if I could come at 9:00am instead of 9:30am because she was heading out for 2 hours at 9:15!! WHAT?? She thought nothing of having me bring my cat who had never been there before, shove him in a crate and the leave right after he gets there for 2 hours? The whole point of me bringing him was for her to meet him, see how he does. When I asked if it might be better to bring him later that day when she would be around, she said no I'm having company!! Again WHAT?? How much attention and time was she planning on spending with my cat who would probably have been frightened as can be. I would NEVER bring my cat there and I'm so happy that I learned what she's truly all about beforehand. Looks can be deceiving!!
