It has taken me nearly a year to re-establish a new relationship and trust another groomer after…read morethe last place I worked with took on new owners and no longer cared about quality control. I have been through 4 groomers in the Plano/ Allen Texas area. I recommend Sandra, the groomer at Ace. She loves her job, she follows your instructions and my PapiPoo is excited to see her every time which is a sign in itself that my Sasha loves this place. Although my review is specifically about their grooming services, this is the cleanest and nicest boarding facilities I've ever seen. It has new kennels, outdoor pool, an inside play area and a very caring and accommodating staff. If I were to leave my Sasha anywhere I would feel totally confident that she would be taken care of at Ace. Again, all the dogs coming in are wagging their tails, they recognize and greet the staff like family and have no problem watching their parents go out the door.

I dropped my two cats off on a Saturday at ACE Pet Resort while we were going on vacation. When I…read morearrived, I was informed that the cat room was being painted and that my cats would not be able to stay in the cat condos but in 'kennels' somewhere else in the facility due to paint fumes. I was assured that it would only be for two days (until Monday). I asked to see where the cats would be staying and was informed that I was not allowed to see where they would be kept as it was not a tour day/time. I expressed my concern about not being informed prior to arriving that the cat room would be closed for a portion of our stay and that I was not allowed to see where the cats would be boarded. The cats ended up being in the cat kennel for four days (instead of two days) and ACE Pet Resort charged me the full price for the cat condos even though my cats were in kennels for the first 4 days.

Helen arbitrarily decided to shave our dog without consulting us. I still wonder why our dog was panting when I picked her up if the door to the van was closed and the air conditioning was aimed at the dog, especially since I walked by 30 minutes after she started and the door was still open. All this for $280 (including a 39.95 travel fee to go from Frisco to west Plano)!

Beware of the current one they will tell you on their website that they will have experienced people take care of your pets (there are only 2 her and another lady.) The owner, her husband and her employee (who was awesome) do love our animals but she has had a few babies in the last few years and I feel has not grown her employee base to handle her client base. They will put on the invoice the names of the people coming to your Home and not list the ones that come to cover or send you a courtesy text that someone else is coming for that visit e.g someone's son. Used this service for 7 years but recently found out after I installed cameras after something got mysteriously broken that during the summer months/ seasons when they get busy they will have inexperienced young people cover for them. While this girl was listed on the invoice not on their website I trusted them. Had a young girl not pay any attention to our dog, take pictures of my home, help herself to items in our freezer turn on our TV in the living room to watch cartoons and sleep for over an hour and a half on our sofa. We were informed they were appalled at the video footage we sent them and they fired this girl who had worked for her husband and thought she could be trusted. They handled this incident well via texts and having their experienced employee go to our home wake her up and get her to leave and we decided to continue with them. We installed cameras after this incident as my dog was acting very strange too like many people had been in our home and where as I said before something got mysteriously broken and on our first trip away we saw what was really going on. After our last trip the owner decided it was best for us to find another service since she felt we were watching her, yep my trust had been broken used them for 7 years who knows what occurred before the cameras were installed... be careful! And to top it off the owner, Lara then feels she needs to put a bad review out on the Pet Comany site that I have chosen to now take care of my puppy and home. This shows the level of immaturity and lack of business sense and professionalism you are dealing with at this company. Good news is her full time employee plans on taking over this business, since Lara is relocating with her husbands business. So maybe Posh Pet Services will re-establish it's good name in the near future under the new management of Sheila Patton!

I've posted pictures of what I just paid $68 to have a "Professional" (I use this word Lightly) do to my Dog. You decide for yourself if you want to spend this amount of money to have your pet look like this!!!!!! It looks like a toddler got ahold of a razor and went to town. There is NOT ONE area of her that doesn't have long/short/Buzzed fur all in the same areas.... Shame on you as a Company for Charging people for the Unprofessional Services you provide to their PET'S. Now I know why you won't allow people to come in and drop off their Pets. It's Not Fear Of Covid-19. It's because You don't want anyone to Witness what you are doing to these poor Animals!!!! They Charge you and get their tip BEFORE THEY LET YOU EVEN SEE YOUR FUR BABY!!!! I've included Screen Shots of The Conversation Between myself and the "Store GM" as you can see there is only One Sulotion and not one time is it offered. "REFUND"They legitimately feel that they earned the money they charged for the Unprofessional Grooming they provided. As you can see as well, I gave them them the opportunity to prove the "YELP" reviews wrong. Not one time but twice. The concept of the Business is Wonderful. Especially for Fur Baby owners like myself. Who rescued their pet and want them to live their best life possible. The Problem is this Business is Worse then PetSmart thats saying a lot.
