I can't express enough how much I appreciate these guys. I have always had special needs dogs (one was blind and diabetic, currently I have a deaf dog) and I don't worry at all when they look after them. My home is always secured when they leave and I swear they must put their team members thru doggie photography training because I always get the best pictures of my kiddos when they visit. Fur Services Fur Pets has gone above and beyond their scope of work -- they deserve 10 stars. Everyday they send us details and photos of our cats Murray, Mimi and Sammy. Murray is comfortable enough with their care to come out and play. For a fur parent, this is the most reassuring sign that they are being looked after. Today, Chris called to say that our AC was not working. He took photos of our thermostat and suggested a technician he trusted. He also volunteered to stay in a toasty, 90 degree house to make sure the technician arrived. All is well now that the AC experts are seeing to the air-conditioner. You'll be hard put to find a service provider who is this solicitous and caring, not just of your pets' welfare but also of yours. I trust them. I think that's the biggest compliment I can give. It is difficult to find people you entrust your furbabies and house access to while you are out of town but from the initial meeting they set my mind at ease. My cats love them, no mean feat as one of them is quite shy. They really care about the welfare of our pets and they go even further by bringing in the mail and just generally checking everything is OK while you are away. The company really appreciates my business and they are very responsive on messages and send lovely thank you cards. I would recommend these amazing people to anyone to care for their fur babies! We traveled to Jamaica for one week & we used them to take care of our 3 dogs & my moms dog here in my home. Chris stayed in our home every night and also came in twice a day to let them go potty & reassure them they were not abandoned! They had never been left alone so this was huge for us! I received messages along with pictures a few times a day along with an update to how they were all doing. I never felt out of contact & I could tell by the report it was true because I know my babies! When we returned home they were happy to see us but it was obvious they had been treated so well! They weren't crying or acting out of character, other than the obvious excitement to see us return. I could write for a long time as to how well they did! I express so much gratitude to this service and highly recommend them for anything you need for your fur babies whether it be travel or just daytime walks & potty breaks! I have been using Jessica and Chris for pet sitting for a couple of years now and couldn't be happier!
