Now when stuff like this happens it would be professional to have the person in charge come and talk with me. I still would have left but this review wouldn't have been a 1 star probably wouldn't even be writing this. Instead, we got an 18-year kid come and tell us the news. He was so nervous and timid that it wasn't worth our time pressing the issue any longer. Honestly, he shouldn't have ever been put in that situation. Before we left we glanced at the menu and maybe I didn't see the full menu but from what i saw not many Italian choices were presented. So to say it's A true Italian restaurant is far fetched. Again maybe I didn't see the full menu. It just seemed that whoever was in charge didn't really care that our night got delayed and somewhat ruined because they didn't do their job right. Customer Service is what most people look for when they go to such a high-priced establishment. Word of mouth is probably the best advertisement you can have. Hopefully they will work out the kinks and get as better system going.
