To start, the bread that you get when you first come in is not good at all, wasn't very fresh and was super chewy, next we got garlic bread, it tasted like they toasted the bread, sprinkled cheese on top and then put it in the microwave. The service is okay, there was only one server and she didn't talk much. I got fettuccine Alfredo and let me just say it's some of the worst I've ever had. It doesn't taste like cheese or anything like fettuccine Alfredo should it tastes like gravy. My friend got shrimp with vodka sauce and the shrimp were just bagged frozen shrimp you could get at the store, and the sauce was super watered down, the ambiance is very empty, it's like they went to an Ashly furniture picked out a basic dining set and asked for about twenty of them. I came here with high hopes and left severally disappointed, definitely won't be back. I only took like 2 bites of my food before I decided I was done. Im surprised this place has been open as long as it has. Wish this could've been better.

Perfect 5 stars. My wife is a huge Italian food fan and had been asking to go here and we left very impressed. The service was great, fast, and friendly. The food was fantastic. I had the lobster ravioli and she had the chicken parmesan. It was all great, we will most definitely be back.

Food was delicious, I could you a little less marinara sauce on the tour of Italy but that is my personal taste. Spacious and comfy, I would suggest hanging some TVs with some shows/videos to fill up the space. The service was good, would be nice is server have a little more knowledge on recommending items of the menu

I really wanted to like this place. I loved the restaurant that was previously in this space, but I knew it struggled with ambiance because of how large and cold/fluorescent the space is. When we walked into Fuoco's, it immediately seemed like they struggle with the same atmosphere issues. It is not very cozy, and the instrumental music blaring in the large open space did not create a comforting environment. It took a bit to get served, but once we were, the server was good and attentive. The food was, as the zoomers would say, "mid." Everything was fine, but nothing was great, and nothing was bad. The pizza crust was a little thick and fluffy for my taste, and it just didn't taste memorable. The lasagna and chicken parm were good; the fettuccine alfredo was ok. My husbands rigatoni was fine, but he said the meatballs were under seasoned. The mussels marinara were fine, and the bruschetta was good but there was only one cherry tomato on each piece of bread which made it look cheap and stingy, not high end. Would I ever eat here again? Maybe. But I wouldn't go out of my way, and I wouldn't recommend it. That being said, I hope they work out their issues and build a successful restaurant. I know it's hard to establish new places in this area, and some of the food does have potential; it just needs refinement.

I thought the pizza was so so. I just expect better from an Italian joint. Higher prices for better pizza!

FuocoItalian is awesome. The cheese pizza with extra cheese is yummy. The eggplant parmigiana with pasta is very good too.

Incredible service (not something you get in Midland). Food was delicious too, everyone in my group raved about their dishes. 10/10

I'd like to give this place a second try but simply how my situation was handled I will never go…read moreback. I made a Reservation for 8pm several days in advance and even texted that morning to move up to 7pm due to my plans changing. On how quickly the response was I thought we were good to go. Mind you this was for my Anniversary night and wanted to do something new/special. Unfortunately, that is not how our night went. We showed up at 6:55pm for our 7pm Reservation to be told they didn't even prepare for us to be there, and it would be a 20-to-25-minute wait. Now don't get it wrong, I'm all for waiting for a table but not when I made reservations so far in advance. Now when stuff like this happens it would be professional to have the person in charge come and talk with me. I still would have left but this review wouldn't have been a 1 star probably wouldn't even be writing this. Instead, we got an 18-year kid come and tell us the news. He was so nervous and timid that it wasn't worth our time pressing the issue any longer. Honestly, he shouldn't have ever been put in that situation. Before we left we glanced at the menu and maybe I didn't see the full menu but from what i saw not many Italian choices were presented. So to say it's A true Italian restaurant is far fetched. Again maybe I didn't see the full menu. It just seemed that whoever was in charge didn't really care that our night got delayed and somewhat ruined because they didn't do their job right. Customer Service is what most people look for when they go to such a high-priced establishment. Word of mouth is probably the best advertisement you can have. Hopefully they will work out the kinks and get as better system going.
