She answered all of my questions and did an amazing job on my first UV gel nail set. Sara is there a couple times a week to service clients. Currently, I book all my appointments with Teresa. She is the best! Teresa is so sweet and gives the best massages! A bonus is that the salon's regular pedicures are like a spa pedicure you would receive at other locations! I went here for the first time today after reading good reviews to get my nails done…read more I asked for UV gel with 4 nails ( 2 on each hand) a tortoise design. The nail technician did a good job shaping them. However, I'm not happy with the final result. My nails were almond shaped and the edges of each nail were sharp causing an unpleasant rough scratchy feeling when I scratch my arm. I had to file them myself with a buffer when I got home. During my service each finger placed in the UV light after the iv gel was placed burned so badly I had to take it out of the light and shake my hand, it was so painful. The tortoise design looks good from far away, however the nail art is bumpy and it was not smoothed out. Lastly, I did not see one ounce of barbicide or any indication that anything was being sanitized. The scrub brushes had one holder, no option to put into any sort of cleaning solution, and a pair of what appeared to be un sanitized cuticle scissors were used. Unfortunately I wasn't able to bring this up to my nail technician due to language barrier. I ended up paying $145 without tip today, and feeling ripped off. I feel disappointed.

Their business is completely unprofessional and the sad part is they actually have amazing nail techs. They have rescheduled on me on multiple occasions they have switched nail tech on me without even letting me know ahead of time&I receive text messages on my phone saying that the nail techs are switched. Im nurse customer service is key & I have been very accommodating never rude nasty when this has occurred. I'm never late. Never had issues paying&tipped very well. As a nurse I had a last-minute emergency at work&called to reschedule my appointment for the next day. I called at 12:45 for a 4 PM appointment I was told that I was going to be marked as a no-show. They would keep my deposit. I had to make another appointment and another deposit to see the nail tech the next day. I explained Im a nurse. This was an emergency at my job that I've never canceled before&that I've always been completely understanding every time they have last-minute issues. So I expressed to them if I had to figure out a way to rearrange my job to make the appointment today to not lose my deposit, I would look for another nail salon after or if I was unable to make it, and they were going to insist on charging me that I would dispute it with my credit card because this is just inexcusable that you're calling them hours ahead of time with an emergency&there's no wiggle room. They agreed to refund my money& cancel it&not put it as a no-show, but then proceeded to be extremely unprofessional treating me as if I was like an ex-girlfriend or something. They decided to text me and say that they were refunding me my money at no point did they say I couldn't reschedule or get my nails done what they did instead was block my phone number and block me Online booking so I couldn't reschedule my appointment. When I called from a different number the receptionist said he did not have to tell me I can't book with them anymore that is was my fault and choice when I said I would dispute a charge. This place is wild&unprofessional and like I said it's a shame because their nail techs are good let's see how long they last with this type of customer treatment.
