Lydia takes her time, pays so much attention to detail, and is really thoughtful about making sure everything looks perfect. The salon itself is also really big, clean, and has such a nice vibe. It feels welcoming and relaxing every time I go. They have so much staff and are always willing to fit me in, which makes it so convenient. While there are definitely cheaper places, Horizon Nails is 100% worth the money because of the quality and how amazing of a job they do. I always leave loving my nails! Highly recommend, especially Lydia!

The salon is clean and they use good quality products. Prices are great for this area, and I would even say you get a lot for your money here. There is a nice selection of polishes, too. I was back again today, and for mid-morning during the work week I thought the salon was pretty busy. That said, I didn't have to wait at all as they are well-staffed and equipped to handle the business they bring in.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. My girlfriend was ONLY 3 minutes late (her…read moreappointment was @11a 06/15/21), and she even called an hour before her appointment that she might be 10-15 minutes late. The lady that greeted my girlfriend was nice; however, the lady at the first station to the right as soon as you walk in was rude and had no regard for customers. She kept rushing her job and got glue all over her hands; she even was rough in her nails and didn't even consider that she was hurting her. Not to mention she kept talking under her breath, most likely bad-mouthing her. The manager needs to reassess his/her staff because some don't feel like they want to be here. I understand that you have to be friendly to the staff and vice versa, there is a breaking point, and the lady had accomplished just that. If you decide to go here, I wouldn't recommend going to the staff member who has really short hair, similar to what Halle Berry had at one point (short on the sides and like an updo) Although from looking at the other reviews and seeing no response from the establishment pretty much sums up what type of business this is. When looking at the reviews, don't disregard those of us who rated it low. I'd be wary of those who rate it 4& higher, especially with such a low ratio of feedback. Also, the pandemic is no excuse to be rude to customers; that's how you lose clientele. However, it seems to me that this establishment needs a major rework on proper etiquette.

I have been coming here for at least eight years now and continue to be impressed by the excellent…read morejob they do on my nails- both feet and hands. The salon is kept very clean, the staff is friendly, and the quality of manicures, pedicures, and waxing is top-notch. I often get a gel manicure that involves two colors- with a half moon design from the cuticle up in one of the colors, and the rest of the nail in the second one, and always come out very pleased with the results. The design comes out very evenly on each nail, and the attention to detail and perfection is quite impressive. I highly recommend this place for a mani, pedi, or wax appointment as the level of service is second to none.

I asked for a basic manicure with no color, but I left feeling disappointed. My nails actually looked worse than when I came in. They were scratched up with file marks, my cuticles were still showing, and my hands were never soaked in warm water like I've had done at other salons. One finger even ended up bleeding. When it came time to pay, I was also asked to tip in cash, which felt uncomfortable. I paid $20 and left feeling like I needed to go fix my nails somewhere else. Definitely not what I was expecting and I won't be going back.

It's a nice nail salon, very COVID safe. But 20 Dollars to…read moresoak off acrylics is a little ridiculous in my opinion. I had gone in to get dip powder with tips over a month ago. And the owner Kelly had set me up with an appointment, checked my temperature. I had gotten a pedi and dip powder with tips, and to soak off my acrylics, which all together was 110 dollars and sitting in the salon for 5 hours for dip and powder is crazy . I understand times are tough, but 20 dollars for soaking off acrylics was a little pricey, after a week my nails chipped and wanted to get them re done, I was told by the nail technician it would last 3-4 weeks, but only a week later and they are cracking? Plus being told it's a "new product" they are doing, shouldn't you all be giving discounts if it's "new technique"? I tried making an appointment a day before thanksgiving and was told I couldn't get in. So I went back to my OG spot. Like I say, COVID safe with procedures, clean, but only 2 people working.. they get 3 stars for the cleanliness, but the dip and the pedicure and the prices were mediocre.
