I showed up at around 1:05 and told them I had called and what time I was scheduled for. The lady who was supposed to do my nails allegedly already had an appointment at 1, but put it in the wrong day in their books. She was unavailable as she had just begun doing someone else's nails. However, the only other nail tech said she also had an appointment so she couldn't either. I waited for about 5 minutes as the two of them went back and forth about who's fault this miscommunication was before I just walked out. I was upset that they scheduled me without having availability. However, what really pissed me off was them sitting there to argue with one another rather than simply apologizing for the inconvenience. Clearly horrible customer service and I would never step foot in here again.
