They serve a variety of burgers, sandwiches, wings, dogs, desserts, and meals include either a side of tots, fries, cucumbers with chamoy and lucas, or corn in a cup. Other sides are available as well. This trip since we craved for burgers, ordered: Bistro burger- wonderfully seasoned and cooked, served on sourdough, with avocado, grilled onions and mushrooms, mayo. One thing that should be added, the works, I felt it would be even better with the addition of lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes. I ordered the cucumbers sans chamoy and lucas. I appreciate simple veggies. Mexican burger- excellent! Juicy burger with cheese, jalapenos, pico de gallo, bacon and the works. The tater tots had a nice and crispy outer texture as it should. Overall- very good. Tasty, reasonable, clean, and great service. We'll have to make sure to come back sooner!

While I understand there's a rush during lunch, a bit more patience would be appreciated. Due to her rushing she took my order wrong. I ordered the "Philly Italian" but was run up for the "Italian". Totally different sandwich. When I finally received my sandwich and discovered it to be incorrect I asked for a remake. Told me it would take 20-25 minutes. Not acceptable. Asked for the manager. Same thing. Asked for a refund received it and left. I would have like for someone to at least make my sandwich a priority as I had to wait and it was their mistake, but hey, is what it is. - Food- I also had the Broccoli and Cheese soup while I waited. I've had better at other places. It was very watery and not much broccoli. 2/5. I do like the ambience though, feels like an old school shop on the east coast. I didn't feel truly "welcomed" though". I won't be back, but I think others may have a different experience. Just make sure you speak up when ordering.

Health risk warning!!…read more I visited this Potbelly's location and was very disappointed with their food handling practices. While preparing my sandwich, I watched the employee place ham directly on the scale without wiping it down, using parchment, or putting down any kind of barrier. When I asked if they could place something underneath the meat before weighing it, the response was simply that they "sanitize it." The scale clearly wasn't clean. I could still see leftover meat on it and given that this location serves chicken, turkey, roast beef, pork, and more, cross-contamination should be a major concern. Customers should never have to point out that a dirty scale needs to be wiped before food is placed on it. What makes this even more frustrating is that I've experienced this same issue at other Potbelly's locations. I drove farther out to this store specifically hoping it would be different, but unfortunately the same unsanitary practice was happening here as well. Food safety should always come first, and this experience left me questioning whether proper sanitary practices are being followed across the chain.

These are all features of this location. The Wreck is my favorite because it's a hearty take on an Italian sub. It's just zesty and meaty enough, especially when the toasting heats it all up together. Staff here is friendly and builds a good sandwich. The interior is actually kind of nice even when busy. The faux rustic vibe is nice break from the busy outside shopping center. Parking is super easy, but again, it can get busy. Lunch here wasn't super busy when I went but it does take a little long to build these sandwiches so plan ahead.

When I walked to the bathroom to wash my hands I informed an employee. He grabbed a broom but then accidentally stepped on it...no clue how he missed it. We got our food and as I started to add salt to my baked potato I noticed a spider crawling on the shaker and it almost fell in my potato. Eww! My gf ate a quarter of her sandwich and was about to bite into another and noticed a blonde hair in the sandwich. (We both are brunettes) She handed it to me so I can take it to the counter and then I notice a 2nd blonde hair in the same corner sandwich!! Both were in the lettuce part. At this point I was so grossed out. I asked for my money back and we left. The employees were nice and refunded me. We didn't finish the food. There was only 1 couple in the dining area when we arrived so they were not busy at all. I'm not sure why the employees behind the counter were just standing around when they could have been cleaning. This restaurant obviously needs a deep cleaning. They opened at 10:30 and we arrived shortly after 11am. No one conducts a walk through at opening? They would have discovered the dead roach on the floor.

Craving a Banh Mi...this place popped up on YELP with great reviews!…read more Located off of busy Bandera, in a small strip mall with plenty of parking. Lots of indoor seating and menu was easily visible and legible up front, near the counter. We ordered their #1 special, #3 grilled pork, a taro milk tea, and a Vietnamese iced coffee. Both sandwiches were delicious. Meats were flavorful, but what I really loved was the no skimp on pickled veggies and fresh jalapeños w/cilantro. So many places don't add or charge extra. Bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. All milk teas are non dairy-they use a non dairy creamer as the base. I love taro, but this milk tea was definitely sweet, more like a dessert. But, it helped offset and balance the savory grilled pork banh mi. My son had the Vietnamese iced coffee- beware super strong lol. He wasn't able to drink most of it. Clean establishment, friendly service, and good food. We'll be back!

The bread was fresh, the vegetables were crisp, but I have a strong preference that the meat isn't wet or saucy and Banh Mi 102 puts sauce on their grilled pork. I also saw that they have a special pho coming soon and a fish cake banh mi on the menu. I wish I had seen that one before ordering because it sounded delicious! Maybe if we find ourselves back in the area, I'll try it next time!

I'm guessing once the initial rush dies down, the experience might feel a bit more relaxed. When I first walked in, there was a slight unpleasant smell, kind of like body odor, which wasn't the best first impression. That said, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Even though I ordered through the kiosk (which was easy and straightforward to use), employees still checked in to see if I needed anything. After placing my order, it took about 10-15 minutes to get my food, which felt reasonable considering how crowded it was. I decided to sit outside since it was a nice day, and they do have both indoor and outdoor seating options. As for the food--portions are definitely generous. I ordered two sliders (mild spice level) and a salad. The sliders had thick pieces of chicken, and while they were filling, the chicken itself was a bit too thick for my liking and didn't have much flavor beyond the spicy seasoning on the outside. On the positive side, the sauce on the sliders was really good. The salad was also a standout--I genuinely enjoyed it. The fries were another highlight: fresh, crispy, and paired well with the sauce. Overall, this visit felt a bit hit-or-miss, possibly because of how busy things were. I'm willing to give it another try down the line to see if the experience improves once things settle. If you're curious, it's worth checking out for yourself.
