Delicious smash burger, which is honestly a massive compliment from me because I'm not a smash burger person. Fresh toppings. Well-designed flavor combos. The location is a bit sketchy and the tables in the food court are not maintained well by the mall staff, which is definitely not fair to the tenants paying to be in that space who are bringing in customers... because I honestly wouldn't go back to that mall except for more burgers. You wouldn't expect to find a little food scene in the Crossroads mall but Viscious Eats lives up to the name. Apparently they have a small revolving menu so some items I have seen in other groups I follow weren't available. Their double smash was definitely a hit. Their permanent place in the wonderland of the americas is a must try place. I have been here multiple times and have not ate anything that was not drop dead delicious. If I could give this no stars I would. I went because a friend recommended them but I will NEVER be going back. The food was cold and flavorless and the customer service was absolutely atrocious. They were rude and inattentive. They put lettuce on my burger after I SPECIFICALLY told them I had a SEVERE allergy. Then when I asked politely if I could have it remade they simply told me to remove it. I ordered another burger and found 3 HAIRS!!! I will absolutely not be recommending this to anyone.
