I told him no and explained that we had been waiting for an hour without anyone attending to us. He offered to bring us drinks, but by then it was too late. I decided to order one last drink but instead of improving the situation, the same staff member came back and pressured us to pay for that drink right away, even though we were not ready to leave. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Being ignored for an hour and then rushed to pay made us feel completely unwelcome.
