This location is 5 stars, that's how I want to start this review. I brought a group of 100+ kids to the location, and they just had a blast. The head manager, Fransisco, who is amazing, helped us with every request we had, and made sure that each of the kids had an amazing time. The kids did not get bored, and were sad that we had to leave after 1 hour and a half and wanted to stay more. This location is completely amazing and I'd recommend this for a fun day, not only for kids, but for adults too. I'm 23 years old and I'd love to have a birthday party there. Thank you Fransisco and to all the staff working that day for being amazing and accommodating to our large party. There is however something I do need to mention, because I did not agree with this. Upper management that is not at location, I really do think you guys need to work on communication with the location. I communicated with upper management regarding the large group coming at that day. It disappointed me a little bit that even with pricing, you weren't able to offer any discounts for that large of a group for that Wednesday morning. But I'm just very disappointed that you guys weren't able to communicate with the manager, Fransisco, that our large group was coming. The way Fransisco was able to react and manage a large party that size last minute was not only not fair to him, but he did it in such an amazing matter, which I do give 100/100 stars to him. He's absolutely great at what he does, and I wish him the very best. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Fransisco for giving these kids an absolutely great time, and upper management, I truly hope you improve your communication, as I would love to come back again with an even larger group. read more

The inflatable funhouse was kinda neat - took up 80-85% of the square footage of the space. I will admit this was kinda cool - it even had several slides within. But, almost all the arcade games are broken. The pinball machine? Broken The driving game? Broken The aliens shoot em up? Broken The jurassic park driver / shooter? You guessed it, broken The air hockey table was technically functional but severely scratched up. The terminator arcade Seemed to work. Lastly, the party room was extremely small / cramped. Fun Box Arcadia offers a fun lil space for the kiddos to bounce around and enjoy arcade-style games. Attended a birthday party at 2:30, and it was a madhouse! The venue is basically one large bounce house with a few arcade games. Free lockers are provided, but most didn't seem to work. Bathrooms were clean, and they announce when the time's up. However, be prepared for long lines with the next group eagerly waiting to get in. Located in the food court of the mall. Parking lot was packed. Not going out of my way to plan a party here, but a decent option to keep the kids busy. read more

So came on a Sunday afternoon and was let in around 4pm. Gave it a three for many reasons... There are time slots for everyone that last about an hour and a half. So your time a lot can be from 3-4:30 and they'll announce when your time is up but there was hardly any type of enforcement for this... so because of it ITS PACKED. Man. There is so much people. Kids & adults in the waiting area... the jumping area... the sides. Just everywhere. It also gets very hot! The jumping area is great tho. Couldn't help but feel dirty tho. No cleaning of the jumping area throughout the day. The front desk is a mess. It's young people working the front registers and they do the best they can but it takes forever to buy tickets and sign waiver so do this online before you get there. You'll still wait forever to get in. Overall I would come again but not on the weekend. Maybe during the week when there is less people. read more

My granddaughter loves coming here. Even when there are a lot of kids there, the place is huge enough to safely have enough space for them. I'm glad there are 90 minute sessions so that there is a stopping time or else I would have a really hard time getting her to leave. read more

It was ok. Not everything was inflated or anchored down. Pretty dirty inside and for some reason super wet in the obstacle course area...maybe it was saliva. Yuck. Older kids run at full speed disregarding adults and younger children. Might try the other outdoor inflatable place that goes on tour across America instead in the future. We did not need the full 90 min but it was nice to try something different with the fam. The taxes and fees on top of the admission were insane and also made the experience not worth it. read more

I came here with my niece this past weekend. The ticket was a bit pricey, but she had so much fun. Imagine a huge inflatable jumper with tons of different slides and things to jump off of. It is literally a child's dream come true! They have arcade games and photo activations as well here. Socks are recommended and grip socks are preferred for both kids and adults. You have to also go in the jumper as they don't let minors under the age of 5 go alone in the jumper. Overall a great place to take kids to and tire them out! read more

Me and my son had a horrible experience in this place. Just be aware that this could also happen to you and your kids. My son was bit pretty bad by another girl in this place, he was just playing by himself, and this girl just came and bit him on the back out of blue. There is a big red mark on his back. And no parent was there to supervise when she bit my son. Without checking what happened, and refusing to let me see the camera footage, the assistant manager just let the girl come back in and continue to play. It took the manager almost 1 hour to even come out to see what's happened. So parents: this place is not safe at all, YOU MUST WATCH YOUR KIDS AT ALL TIMES. I guess that's why they charge extra for parental supervision, so that they don't have to do ANYTHING to ensure their customers' safety. read more

Funbox is now the spot my daughter asks to go to for fun! And why wouldn't she? It's a huge space with a seemingly endless and well-designed bounce environment and arcade. The entry has a neon sign wall and the overall space is bright, clean, cute and colorful--very photogenic! I really like that they limit head count so it doesn't feel overcrowded or unsafe. There's also plenty of seating for adults if you prefer to sit, but parents are also allowed to bounce! Celia was our host who welcomed us and made my daughter and her friend feel extra special. Absolutely love the idea of this place. It's big, colorful! They have so many different types of bouncers and sets to take pictures with. It's pretty cool. I only have a couple issues with it. It definitely needs a little upkeep. It's not "dirty" per day. Just a little run down. And I do mean a LITTLE. It still looks decent. But some things need fixing. My second complaint is that they don't have a lot of space for younger kids. My kids are 2 and 3. They can only do so much in a small space. So I didn't think it was worth the money in that regard. My niece loved it here. Perfect place for a kid with a lot of energy. Funbox is basically huge jumpers connected together. Some negative things: when jumping around ,because chasing after a little one will make you sweat, there seemed to not be a lot of ventilation going on which made the area feel warmer, Not enough seats available or tables, and they won't let you in with your own socks ( I was told by law they can't). When you first check in you have to sign a waiver and purchase socks that have a grip. I would bring my Niece back here. I recommend to bring your kids here , but not for a long time and pack light because there isn't any lockers or safe space to put your belongings aside. read more

Like a payday loan, it ain't cheap, Mildred... my wife and three little ones dropped $70 to get in the door, and walk through the cavalcade of repurposed stuffed animalia and assorted rainbow plastic crapulence destined for the central Pacific, no doubt. Seriously, this place has more plastic than a Beverly Hills High School 20 year class reunion. But before the myriad polystyrene and vinyl polychlorite orbs foul the life cycle of our world's oceans, they make GREAT PHOTO OPS! The upside down Simpsons living room, the tunnel o' teddy bears, the pool noodle graveyard, the Gigante Froot Loops room? It's a GD fairy tale, kids. The thing was over before anyone knew it-- turns out, there are time limits in the rooms, as enforced by the Millennial staffers who move you along at a steady clip once you have your silly picture amidst rainbow balloons. My five year old cried when some employee brusquely told him times up and shuffled him out. Thanks for that, FUNBOX. Yes, it's like living for the briefest of moments in one big Skittles commercial, except you're not hopped up on sugar, and your wallet is a lot lighter. Still, if you have plenty of disposable income and little bit of time during your inexplicably long day "hanging out" at the mall, might as well get a few good Instagram pics, I guess. Had so much fun here! Came here on a whim after walking by it to go into the food court and the lights instantly attracted us. Prices are extremely affordable, we did the 1 hour for $19 and it was completely worth the price. 1 hour was plenty of time for us - we actually got too tired and left before the hour was up. If I were a kid again, I'd totally want to have my birthday party here. You have to purchase socks from them due to their special grip, which you can reuse again on your next visit. They were $3 and they have some cute designs on them. There are plenty of opportunities for IG pics, from the cute bear cave to all the piggy banks to the giant emojis you can pose with! So much fun taking photos, but try to bring another person to help you out with pictures. The jumping area was fun, especially climbing up and the slide, and throwing balls at each other. Overall, I felt pretty safe and distanced here, as everyone was respectful of space. They have some arcade machines and skee-ball (which is included in the admission) in the back for some more fun. PRO TIP: Make sure to bring your own water here! It gets really tiring jumping around after a bit... So glad we stumbled upon this gem! read more
