I attended a birthday party that needed to be more organized. The host had to advocate for my entry. I was eventually allowed in with my child, who immediately rushed off to jump around. While I felt my daughter was mature enough to handle herself and I didn't feel unsafe, having an occasional visual on her would have been nice. Once it was cake time, everything seemed to move quickly, and before we knew it, we were being hurried out. The staff was slow to let us in, but they were rude and rushed as they pushed us out, even pulling up the tablecloths before our two hours were up. Overall, the venue seemed okay, but my daughter did not enjoy it, and considering the poor customer service and perceived lack of value, I would not return. read more

My daughter's favorite playground for now! We had her birthday party here and it was organized well overall. We got complementary socks for all the guests. The largest party package includes 4 large pizzas. You can bring your own food too. Honestly due to the timing of the party (2 hours only), you don't need much food IMO but you do need a lot of drinks! Nicely decorated party seating area which includes a refrigerator for cold drinks. Trust me after the kids jumped so much at funbox, they need some cold hydration! Balloons also provided and you can ask to pump up extra balloons for the party (however make sure to check when you start the party since they did forget to pump our balloons I provided the day before). No issues with guest getting in for the party. For a regular visit, it is usually 90 mins. Also a great exercise for adults chasing after your kid inside the jump area kinda like a trampoline! So wear workout clothing and socks with grips! read more

HUGE jumpy which is amazing but a bit worrisome because you cannot see where your child disappears to yet you as the adult cannot go into the jumpy! It is LOUD, Bright lights, dizzying, OVERWHELMING. I think for sensory process disorder babes like mine it is way too much. read more

Its as clean as you can expect a humongous jump house to be. Your child will SWEAT, make sure to bring water. A huge plus is that you are allowed to bring outside food(even if you were not allowed the entry is next to the food court). When you purchase entry, they are in scheduled blocks, and staff will announce which color bands for that respective group is done. The staff are good overrall, they will keep one or two posted in the jump area to monitor the action. They will also inform customers of the amount of time left in the current session in case it ends up being a lot less time thatn you can normally get on an entry (example: showing up at 11:00am, the staff will inform you the entry you purchase is about to end at 11:30am. Each session is in 1.5 hour chunks). There are free play arcade games available, but less than there used to be (I personally miss the pinball machines). I would not put too much emphasis on going here for the arcade because of the scarcity of games available. The jumphouse for sure is the worthy attraction. There is a controlled entry/exit the staff handles to make sure kids dont wander off on their own. One concern I have about this is that there does not seem to be a process to verify children are leaving with the same household/group they entered with. Kids may also wander out with another family and look like they are together. read more

Had a premium birthday party here for my daughter last night and it was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. If I can give it zero I would. I will definitely be escalating this tomorrow as it is Sunday as I write this. As soon as I arrived at 645pm I was waiting in a line to get in already the place is over crowded and only one to two people working the registers. By the time I checked in which is 7 the time my party started my guests were arriving the food I brought was still in my car. Keep in mind parking is absolutely terrible. I asked if I can have assistance with getting items I brought to take to the party room and the guy who checks me in says "ummmm I don't know but I can give you a red cart" I finally load all my items on the cart then had to walk it thru the mall. then take it all the way to the party room which was all the way in the back of the facility. In the description it is said I will have a "host" helping me set up the items I bring and such, never had help. my guests had to help me. After everything was set up and put out someone eventually comes and asks if I needed help after work is done. Keep in mind it is extremely hot in there. No once did I get help through out the whole night whatsoever. But they are sure to rush you out of there. Spoke to manager Syan and expressed to him my disappointment and dissatisfaction he can only do so much but still for almost 900$ I would expect so much more. HAND FOOT MOUTH DISEASE IN THE BOUNCE HOUSE! Parents, please be careful! I have been to a few OUTDOOR Funbox bounce houses when they come to town. My kids always have a great time. However, we visited the INDOOR FUNBOX in Arcadia for the first time, last year on 11/11/23 to celebrate my son's birthday. The next day my son and bonus daughter were bedwritten with a fever as well as sores all over their arms, hands, and feet. Up until the indoor Funbox, my kids never had this disease. Fast forward a year later...I bring my kiddos back to meet their favorite characters Pinkfong and Baby Shark on 10/20/24. The next day AGAIN my son gets hand foot and mouth disease on his face, hands, arms, legs, and feet. I called The Funbox to report the issue and advise they needed to do a thorough deep cleaning. Adon said the manager Francisco would give me a return phone call to discuss the matter. Days passed and I didn't receive a return call or email from the Funbox. I will not be returning to the Funbox Arcadia. Parents, again, please be careful. Especially if you have little ones under 5! They do not clean as thoroughly as they claim. read more

I planned my week according to my schedule and went on Thursday 7.13.2023 @ 4pm. The entrance is by the Cheesecake Factory and is right across the mall's food court. We had been to the outdoor Funbox multiple times but never to the indoor one. I like the indoor Funbox better since they have AC, you will still sweat if you are jumping around having fun. We didn't use the arcade games since all my kids were having fun jumping, but I did see people playing on some games. They have bending machine with drinks and a cotton candy machine. All staff members are young and are so nice, friendly, and go the extra mile. They have staff members inside the "bouncy house" with whistles checking on the kids and making sure they are not playing rough. I got the package of 4 and our socks were free. I signed the waiver, and the check-in process was fast. Since we went on Thursday, they were not so busy. I understand if they have the time lapse of 90 minutes that's what you agree to pay. Plus it's for the safety of the kids to keep limit of occupants. Make sure to wear something comfortable and don't wear short-shorts since the slide is a little stiff and you can get a burn. read more

Brought my 10 year old to his classmate's B-day bash here. Easy access from mall, right by food court. It is very colorful, very unique, very inviting... The staff is very young, helpful and courteous , I wish I could give them 5 stars for how friendly and attentive the workers are. However, I didn't like the fact that it is literally a inflatable box and you can't walk around it to view what or where your child is. The only way to see where and what your child is doing is by buying socks and jumping in! I was not going to do that to my 10 year old, because I do like my kiddos to think that mom gives them breathing space, but at the same time, I would like to be able to keep an eye on them from a far. I truly think there should be a walk way for parents to walk around the entire inflatable box and view your older kids 5-10. read more

Pretty fun place! We purchased tickets on their website for Monday afternoon and arrived late, oops! They were real friendly about it and we were allowed in no problem. The website allows you to schedule reservations every thirty minutes (2:00, 2:30 etc) and they allowed walk ins too. You do have to use their Funbox socks (which only has grip on the ball of the feet/toes). SkyZone socks have much better grip. Our three year old son had a good time and was tired before our hour was up. They have cool inflatable obstacle courses, like a wrecking ball, dodgeball room, a spinning obstacle like a clock arm that you need to duck under or jump over (makes me think of Wipe Out), a wall run (like American Ninja Warrior), a gladiator match, basketball, tic tac toe, and a children's candy themed one. There are cool photo/IG opportunities to the side like the ballon room, rainbow throne (some balloons popped -_-), wings, flowers, piggy banks (some are missing), and arcade games in the back near the free lockers, shoe shelves and restrooms. There are tables in the back for birthday gatherings and some in the front (not socially distance) near the teddy bear tunnel. Glad it was not busy because I was a bit worried since it's indoor and many of the guests did not wear masks but we were able to keep our distance from other guests and felt safe. (I understand that the state mask mandate isn't really enforced because people who are fully vaccinated don't need to wear them, but kids under twelve should still be wearing them since they are not able to get the vaccine yet.) read more

This is a place great for kids who has ALOT of energy, also a good place to workout if you're up for it! They have 90 min sessions. PLEASE CHECK THE WEBSITE before going, if you plan to stay the full 90 mins or else you will get kicked out when the session is over. A lot of kids have their parties here, usually 2 hours long. Friendly staff, but they do need to work on being more efficient, the line gets long in the afternoon on a weekend. If you have children under 5, make sure they don't get run over by bigger kids. read more

Giant inflatable house, but the arcades games are all broken! ------------------------------ Came here for a kid's birthday party. The inflatable funhouse was kinda neat - took up 80-85% of the square footage of the space. I will admit this was kinda cool - it even had several slides within. But, almost all the arcade games are broken. The pinball machine? Broken The driving game? Broken The aliens shoot em up? Broken The jurassic park driver / shooter? You guessed it, broken The air hockey table was technically functional but severely scratched up. The terminator arcade Seemed to work. Lastly, the party room was extremely small / cramped. I get it that the venue is overrun by kids, but still, they need to improve maintenance of this place. read more
