Let me start by saying--I have never been banned from any location in my life. If you know me, that's actually hilarious because I avoid confrontation and I'm definitely not someone who complains easily. Here's what happened: I have three kids, so naturally, I buy the punch card deal (around $200 for 10 visits). On our most recent visit, I noticed something strange. I had just purchased a new card, but something didn't add up. I asked to see a record of our visits, and immediately something jumped out--two punches were used on a Saturday. Not only would I never go on a Saturday (and definitely wouldn't leave one of my kids behind), but I wasn't even in the state that day. So I asked to see the punch card prior to that one, and again--I found four punches used while we were in Miami. I even showed staff proof via Apple Photos (which show location), but instead of helping, they dismissed me and refused to show me any more records. I told them I'd be disputing the charges if they couldn't offer a refund or at least a credit. Now here's where things get even more concerning: I went through all of our credit card accounts--Visa, Discover, Amex, and Mastercard--and between my husband and me, from April 2024 to April 2025, we had close to $5,000 charged at this place. We absolutely did not authorize $5,000 in charges here, and it raises some serious concerns about how securely they handle credit card information. Are they even PCI compliant? If you still decide to check this place out, I highly recommend paying in cash only. And honestly, that's a big if--because it's not the cleanest or safest environment either.

It was our first time bringing the kids here and they loved it! Our kids are 6, 4 and 2. Came out to about $56. $20 for one and $18 for the siblings. The place seemed pretty clean and well maintained. The people working there were friendly, helpful, and attentive. I could see they were actively watching the kids to make sure they were playing safely and following the rules. I noticed them picking the balls that fell out of the ball pit and putting them back. I appreciate that they have signs and arrows to direct children which way to go or not to climb up the slides. There was a toddler area for kids 3 and under and a lounge area with massage chairs for adults. The snack bar also had pretty decent food at reasonable prices. We ordered a kids meal for $8 which came with a grilled cheese sandwich, goldfish crackers, juice/milk and yogurt/string cheese. They also had paninis and salads for the adults for about $8-$9. There were plenty of tables to sit at and they have a private room in the back for birthday parties. This place seemed much more well kept and better staffed than some of the other indoor gyms we have been to. Definitely check them out if you are in the area!

I can't say enough great things about Funbelievable! We've been a few times now & each visit has been fantastic. My son absolutely loves it here. It's such a fun, safe, & engaging space for kids to explore. One of my favorite things as a parent is that the entire play structure is adult-friendly and fully accessible. I get to climb & play right alongside my son which makes the experience even more special. The place is always very clean & well-organized. They offer food & drinks for purchase super convenient when your kids don't want to leave! A special shoutout to Alex who is such a sweetheart & goes out of her way to make families feel welcome. We'll definitely be back often & I'd love to plan my son's birthday party here in the future. Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a great indoor play space!

Absolutely fun!! Good food even healthy options, super cheap prices, amazing staff, and fun for adults too!!! I got lunch for $12, $8 a piece cute little souvenir cups (tiger, elephant, lion, bear), pbj, goldfish, and an apple for my kid's lunch $7. $20 for admission of my daughter. In total spent $50 for everything we bought including admission. Overall fun!! No time limit, we stayed from 11am- 4pm on a Monday. Recommend going on a weekday for no time limit and easy parking!!!

Love that adults can join their kids in the play structures... esp if your child is 3 and younger they may need some guidance. No other indoor play allows this. They also have a fun caged ball zone where you can go nuts with all the large different sized balls. They have a toddler area too...a soft play for the Littles. There's a cafe to order food, snacks and coffee. Only down fall is how far it is in Santee. Would be awesome to have one in San Diego, Chula Vista area... its better than playcity.

Pricey. Ge tout pass does not work here. Dark and not much lighting. Very few places for adults to sit. Couches to sit on were shredded. Bring socks or pay $5-6 for a pair. Fun for 5 year old. Big climbing structure. She spent the majority of the time in the ball section. I thought this was cool. Haven't seen any other play place have an area dedicated to just throwing and kicking balls around. After 1.5 hours playing with everything, she was bored. Not so fun for 7month old. We did see the staff constantly cleaning but baby still got allergic reaction from dust. Small area with soft play. Recommend replacing the shoelaces in the round area as it's very dirty.

Is this place good for toddlers, 1-3 year olds? I have an 18mo old, is there enough for her to do if I take her with her cousin who is 5?

For 1-2 year olds, there's a small section with a baby ball pit, some foamy play things, and a small slide. I would say 2 1/2 - 3 year olds would enjoy the larger play structures more (which there are plenty of). I would definitely check it out at… Read more

I really appreciate all the new additions and renovations. We were out of town for about a month and when we came back, so many of the play stations had been updated. It definitely did not go unnoticed and shows they are investing in the space. One thing I love about this place is how often the staff cleans and reorganizes. No matter how busy it gets, it never feels messy. It also never smells like feet in there, which is honestly a big problem at other indoor playgrounds. The staff does a great job maintaining a clean and pleasant environment. The only downside for us is that our daughter is growing out of it a little too fast. She can get bored if there are not other kids her age to play with. This is truly a great spot for younger children. I do wish they offered an hourly rate instead of requiring a full day pass, because sometimes you just need a quick hour or two to let the kids get their wiggles out. Overall, it is a wonderful, well maintained playground and we will continue recommending it to families with younger kids.

The place is always very clean and the staff are constantly sanitizing, especially after a child leaves a station, which we really appreciate. It is a great place to bring our son and very fulfilling in terms of fun, excitement, and play. It is definitely one of our favorite spots. The staff are always kind and respectful, and it never feels overcrowded. There is always just the right amount of kids and parents to enjoy the space comfortably.

Disappointing experience - not the same as before…read more I visited Candeeland Carlsbad yesterday with my 5-year-old son, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I want to start by saying the front desk attendant was very friendly and welcoming. However, the rest of the staff completely changed the tone of our visit. They were consistently rude and made us feel not welcomed there. I've been there before and had a very different experience, so this was surprising. This time, I was not allowed to sit at the tables with my coffee and reusable water bottle, even though they sell drinks and snacks on-site and I've done this on previous visits. I had no intention of taking anything into the play structures, just sitting at the tables. I also planned to do some light work on my computer while my son played, something I've done there before, but I was told that wasn't allowed either. I was told I had to stay with my son at all times. The way this was communicated was the most frustrating part. The staff came across as dismissive and unwelcoming, not just to me but to other families as well. I ended up speaking with the assistant manager because the situation felt so uncomfortable. As I was leaving, another family actually thanked me for saying something because they were feeling the same way, which says a lot. I had been planning to host my son's birthday party there in June, but after this experience, I will definitely be making other plans. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this place has potential, but the customer experience needs a lot of improvement.

I will say the only downside of this venue is that it's not really optimized for parties (which makes sense bc their main gig is the play area for the kids - and they have plenty of room to run around). The only positive is the indoor playground. Everything else from customer service to the baking activity was a complete letdown. The front desk staff was extremely rude to multiple guests while checking waivers (who gave us feedback afterwards). Instead of welcoming families, they acted irritated and dismissive. From that moment on, it felt like they were more focused on catching us break rules than providing even basic customer service. We paid $17 per child for 20 kids for the baking activity, and it was terrible. Several parents shared that the staff told children to "stand still or you won't get your cake pop" . Only two parents were allowed inside to supervise 20 kids. All kids were crammed around one table despite several empty tables sitting unused in kitchen. Kids were shoulder-to-shoulder while staff watched sternly. My daughter even said it was the "worst birthday ever," which was heartbreaking. On top of the $500+ facility fee and $340 baking charges, we agreed on $150 cleaning fee because we decided to bring outside food. We were provided only (1) table for food, and when we asked for additional tables for food and kids art, we were told they "didn't have any." They suggested placing the kids' artwork right next to the food. The nickel-and-diming continued nonstop... In addition, we paid: $20 each for two toddlers who stayed in the playground $50 extra for five adults (we exceeded the capacity of 40 guests) We had to push our guests out (it was embarassing!!) since we were told we would be charged $50 per 10 minutes if we went over the extremely tight 10-minute cleanup window. They do not allow decor on wall or even outside balloons, which is absurd for a kids' party venue. They sell the decorations in house though. By the end, I felt like we spent the entire party being watched, policed, and corrected rather than supported. Staff members hovered pointing out "rules" instead of helping create a good experience for the kids. BOTTOM LINE: The playground may look fun, but the staff, policies, and overall experience are terrible. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and unnecessary fees. Book your party somewhere else!!
