Decent group size of 8... not too big!

John was our tour guide... absolute blast for first time Segway trip! About an hour and a half or more... just enough- my feet were starting to ache. So much fun and the info given was very interesting. There is so much history here that it's overwhelming but John did a good job at pointing out some of the highlights.... I will say there is a learning curve to riding these but I'm 44 wife is 40 and son is 10 and we all felt very comfortable after 15 mins- honestly was very intimidating at first!!! The "shop" appears rough, but didn't really care about that. The equipment was maintained but certainly used- not complaining by any means, no one had ANY issues with equipment. My only wish would be that they got new helmets... was kinda "skeeved" out by them. That being said, we bought our tickets through Groupon but they were sold as two so we had to buy our third ticket at regular price, but we felt that even that was a great value! John took us all throughout the city and all the way to the fort... all in all an OUTSTANDING experience that we would certainly do again!

The gentlemen at the booth next to the cathedral was super sweet and gave a great lunch recommendation. We bought the Jail Tour and it's such a different experience seeing it during the day. It was definitely worth the cost. My favorite thing about OTT is that each driver adds their own flare. I will always recommend OTT if they're in a city that I visit.

I got the impression there were more lights than I saw. Still beautiful and glad we did it but just not what I had imagined. I thought every building in the area was covered with lights. The driver we had, don't know his name, was very informative and funny. He sang along with the songs, shouted out for the kids to find the elfs and we all laughed when he asked us to find the two red lights in the trees and to his surprise they had been turned off. Traffic is horrific and the seats are tight and hard so that was a little uncomfortable but again I am so glad we did this. I would just suggest going before Christmas or the last week. It might not be as crowded. We went the Saturday after Christmas. Not as busy as Dec 1-20th. Also we did the early tour at 6:30 and when we got back the line was crazy long for the other tour times.

A Truly Unforgettable St. Augustine Sunset Dinner Cruise!…read more We were thrilled to experience St. Augustine Sailing's incredible 3-hour Sunset Dinner Cruise! The night was magical, with gorgeous views of the bay, playful dolphins, and the absolute highlight--a five-course dinner by the talented @ChefWesleyNogueira from @khloeskitchen. Each course was a delight, from the artisanal charcuterie platter to spiced chicken meatballs with cranberry chutney, squid in tomato sauce, a perfectly cooked steak with mushrooms and ravioli, and a chocolate cake topped with Ferrero Rocher. Every bite was exquisite, and the sunset-lit waters of St. Augustine added a perfect touch of serenity. If you're celebrating a special occasion or just want an extraordinary evening, I highly recommend this cruise! A blend of fine dining, scenic beauty, and peaceful moments on the water--this experience is truly a must-do. My instructor, Nuri, was not only highly knowledgeable but also made the learning process enjoyable. He explained the techniques in a clear and accessible way, even for a complete beginner like me. Nuri's expertise and teaching style made everything feel within reach, and I quickly gained the confidence I needed to learn. Feeling inspired, I joined Women on the Water to continue my sailing journey. After years of waiting to learn how to sail, I'm excited to be on this path. Though I still have a lot to learn, I'm thrilled that St. Augustine Sailing offers so many courses to help me improve and eventually become a skilled sailor. I highly recommend this sailing class to anyone, whether you're just starting or looking to sharpen your skills. I can't wait to get back out on the water!

It was fast, smooth, and gave us some beautiful views of the marshes and waterways around St. Augustine. It was a fun way to experience a side of Florida you don't normally get to see. We only spotted one alligator, but Captain Ellie explained that it's the end of the season and the hot weather keeps them much less active. Even with only one gator sighting, the scenery and wildlife made the tour well worth it. Captain Ellie was fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole tour enjoyable from start to finish. She shared interesting facts about the local wildlife and ecosystem, answered everyone's questions, and you could tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. She really made the experience memorable. Everything was well organized, the safety briefing was clear, and the equipment was in great shape. I'd definitely recommend Sea Serpent Tours, and if you get Captain Ellie, you're in for a great tour. I'll definitely be back, hopefully during a cooler time of year to see even more gators.
