I gave this place only 2 stars because of their deception. I LOVED the facility and the staff was very friendly. When I came in for my first laser hair removal appt, I specifically asked the technician "will my hair be completely removed by my 6th laser treatment?" She said "oh! Yes, your skin type will have no problems". Then by my last appt (6th) I asked the same technician why all my hair hasn't been removed and her reply was, " where did you here that? Oh, no you'll need to buy a whole new 6-sessions". When I told her that she told me it would only take the 6weeks, she denied it and said that no one has complete hair removal after only 6 appointments. I told her it was very misleading and makes their business look bad when it is not guaranteed. Her reply to that was "well, buying 6 sessions is more affordable". Sooooooo, it's more affordable for someone who wants only 1/2 of the job done! Ridiculous!! So now I have to pay another $199 to complete the job! I don't think so. With all this said, the laser treatment did start to work, I don't have to shave everyday, but my hair is not gone completely. I now shave 1x a week. The staff are all very friendly and there was very minimal pain for laser hair removal but I definitely would not do this again. I originally had a groupon and then purchased 6 more treatments plus they gave me 1 extra, so I had a total of 13 laser treatments. I was never that hairy to begin with so after 13 treatments I thought the hair would be gone for good. After around 2 months or so all my hair started growing back and it looks like it did before. I'm so disappointed and feel like I wasted my money on a dream. I now tell people not to go through with it. If you're determined to try laser hair removal, I'd suggest just buying you own "at home" device as it would be much cheaper and you wont waste so much money if it doesn't work. read more

Pros-Office staff was great. Office is clean. Cons-Rushed, always. Get you in & get you out. Michelle promised my mom she would give me 100% results (she prepaid over $1,000 trusting her word). My milestones were 30% at best. The last appt (be-known to my mom & me as we were given the impression that amount would cover multiple and then multiple sessions) I was told "this is your last session" There was no courteous call to say "This is going to take more time than I initially thought what can we do?" just a--oh and BTW...After that embarrassing (for me) and scandalous (for my mom) move, I was still waiting on make up they had shipped in for me and I called to check the status, they said "we will call you once it comes in, probably 2 days" I call a few days later, "no it hasn't come in but let me call you a little later to discuss it further" no returned call, ever. I went to Michelle because of a Groupon for Botox. She is a scammer!! I've had botox about 10 times before and I know how it works. The amount I purchased was much more than I usually pay for because of the Groupon deal. I had almost results and after researching it online, found out that you can "water" down botox with addtional saline. I am sure that is what she did. I went back to her office and she even admitted that i had minimal results. She refused to refund my money and only offered more FAKE botox. Do NOT go to her!!! read more

I purchased the laser hair removal deal on groupon for a great price.. The place is very pretty , young nice staff, but if u plan your appointment before work you'll be late! I don't know how they book they're appointments but 4 out of the six treatments I waited for over an hour!! Very unacceptable I was late to work and i don't know about anyone else but I don't have time to waste waiting an hour for something that takes 20min. Came in for a skin rejuvenation facial treatment. Front desk was very friendly and efficient. Place looks trendy and clean. Michelle was very friendly. Explained procedure thoroughly. Explained what I could expect after treatment. Felt very comfortable during treatment. After treatment was done. I saw immediate difference in my skin. Especially in my pores. I've had problems with my large pores and acne scars. This is probably the smallest my pores have looked. WOW!! I totally love this place. I found them through Groupon. They got me in the same week and were so friendly and accommodating. Michelle is amazing. She listened to my concerns and was able to make me look many years younger almost instantly. I had botox around my frown lines and my eyes....My eye wrinkles were vanishing almost immediately and it still takes 5 days for the full effect. The infections were almost painless. My first appointment was yesterday with Michelle, she was wonderful! I went in for kybella injections, this is a relatively new product that dissolves fat , mainly for the "double chin" area but now being used for other areas of the face, hopefully more for the rest of the body soon! The staff were all very friendly and professional, and Michelle really knows her business, she was a great injector, and I have had some other injections at various places, she really has a good eye, and is honest about what will work for you and what will not! I've seen such a huge difference in my skin since I started getting laser treatments for hair removal. Suffering from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome means I get hair where I shouldn't (ie a beard)... Buyer beware. I had the same issue as Brenda B with bags under my eyes weeks after the procedure that weren't there prior. I also have 6 weeks of bruising under my eye and a lop-sided incomplete injection in my cheeks. And the PA/owner who did the procedure was unwilling to acknowledge and help fix something her own colleague was making me come back for. She referred to the issue as a personal choice but forking out another $1200 for a totally different kind of injection would fix. I would have let her fix the issue even if I had to pay more because I appreciated the honesty of the PA who saw me on follow up, the friendliness of her staff, and her initial interaction with me. (I would have even returned for future procedures!) But she crossed the line from confidence to hubris and was no longer nice and professional when I questioned her recommendation during this visit against her initial treatment and outcome. She kept denying there was ever an issue, so I lost trust in her competence. Huge lesson learned. Leave facial injections to physicians who thoroughly understand anatomy and how injections work. read more

I like that they are always on time, and you never have to wait. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful including Susan, Betty and Michelle! Michelle is very knowledgeable and has some great techniques that provide the results you expect to receive. Pricing is a bit on the high side, but when they offer specials, they are good deals. I am really pleased with the results of two Kybella treatments thus far. With her technique, the pain and downtime is minimal, and I had no bruising. With two more treatments to go, the result will look like I've had a lower face lift, for far less cost than surgery! Most of the reviews here are all about Laser Hair removal, so I wanted to share my experience on a different service. I did purchase the Laser package on Groupon, and even though I've got light blond facial hair, I did see some results. Cosmetic treatments are a little art and a little science - and everyone's results will be a little different. I am only sorry that I did not do laser hair removal sooner. My last visit was in March 2015. I wanted to wait to write this review so that I could see if the results would last. I mostly saw Betty. She is professional and explained that I was a good candidate, but never said it would get all of my hair. In my forties I started getting lots of dark chin hair. It was effecting my self esteem. I have seen a 90-95% reduction of dark facial hair. It does not remove white or light grays. I did research prior to buying the groupon. I am happy I did it. read more

I have gone to Fun by Michelle for two different types of treatments. First laser hair removal, after explaining my concerns, no signs of hair removal, and having the power turned up on the machine, continually hoping for results, I was told after my 6th session, that I would need more treatments. I had purchased 6 sessions on groupon and it was several hundred dollars. The only times the skin was hair free was when I had to shave before each treatment. Still hair today. Second and more recently, I purchased cool sculpting. I informed the technician my area of concern, but she stated she couldn't do that area and and after the 90 days check up and pictures, there's barely any changes. Yes I could have more treatments in hopes of changes, but why waste another $1,800.00 on the HOPE of changes that I didn't see a sign of in first treatments? read more

Don't let the nice interior and pleasant receptionist fool you--this is a snake pit! "How little successful treatment can we deliver and how quickly can we up-sell?" is probably how everyday is begun. $550. for Restyline Silk left my lips painfully uneven. During my follow-up visit, I was told that I had been given the amount that I paid for and if I wanted it even I could pay for more. I tried to be calm and reasonable and explain that the money I paid was for the SUCCESSFUL enhancement of my lips---not what I got. I was told my lips had been "uneven and full of lines before so what did I expect--magic?" My opinion didn't matter and Michelle "wasn't going to argue with me". "I have my opinion--you have yours" made me realize that interest in establishing "raving-fan" customers is NOT part of their mission. Do not waste your time or money. read more

I would not recommend this clinic. I found this clinic through groupon for a decent price, however, the service I received was very poor. I was greeted at the front desk but once I was in the room, I felt each time I went, the procedure was rushed and I was not happy with the service at all. They also incorrectly booked me for my next appointment but gave me the correct date on the reminder card, therefore I waited much longer to be seen for my next appointment. I also felt the quality of my treatments was poor. I have gotten the same treatment somewhere else and I noticed that they waited until my last session to turn the intensity level up, when normally it is increased after each session as long as the skin has a good reaction. I did not see much improvement after my six sessions. They did not even do the complete treatment, I could feel them only doing spots and not the entire are that was supposed to be treated. I was very unhappy with their service and quality. I would not recommend this clinic. Some of the services they offer may have decent deals but the quality is very poor in my opinion. read more

i purchased a groupon and they refused to accept it. when i called for the appointment, they first scheduled and then they called to cancel because they said i am not a good fit for them (????) ( sounds prejudice). the manager pam was very rude when i spoke to her the first time and threatened me to hang up when i said i will be calling consumer agency . she could care less and said- go ahead. first i was not planning on calling anybody but now once they refuse, i am going to send complaint to better bureau and consumer agency. also, groupon should know how rude they are . i think this one phrase that ia m not good fit, is a law case also read more

I went to Michelle to get Xeomin shots (20 units) in 2013 and loved it. the experience was good, and she spread those units from my frown lines to my crows feet. I went again today and had a VERY DIFFERENCE EXPERIENCE. Michelle walked in and asked where i'd like my Xeomin. I said like last time. focus on crows feet and spread to frown lines. She said, no I can't do that. Let her know it was done before, by her, and it wasn't a problem. She tried to tell me 'it wasn't me' and 'i wouldn't do that'. Whether you don't do that now is different, but to deny it wasn't you was an insult. Her husband has a medical office next door to hers, which i would take my kids and would see her there. Yeah she lost a few pounds BUT she still looks the same. I was very disappointed with her and am never going back. Aesthetic Advantage in Corona is a much nicer officer and Dr Anderson is very professional. If you decide to go to "FUN by Michelle" make sure you go KNOWING that ONE spot you want your injections in.
