I LEFT FEELING HURT, DISRESPECTED, AND UNVALUED... I was a patient of Dr. Bokhari for over 2 years…read moreand 8 months and a member of this clinic for 2 years, paying $150 every month. During that time, I spent well over $8,000 on treatments and referred many friends and family because I truly believed in this practice. I even drive over 40 minutes to get to this clinic because I believed Dr. Bokhari was kind, skilled, and worth the time, gas, and long drive. Even after an incident last year, when I spent over $3,000 on fillers and Botox in a single session and was not given clear instructions on how to use the nitrous oxide, causing me to inhale too much and experience a frightening hallucination that left me feeling unwell for the rest of the day and even the following day, I continued coming back because I trusted this clinic. Over the last two months, I had to return to the office four different times because my Botox results were not what I had consistently received in the past. During those visits, I spent approximately $1,000. At my most recent follow-up appointment, I simply wanted to understand why my results were different and why I kept needing additional Botox to achieve results that had previously been obtained without these issues. Instead of having a conversation, Dr. Bokhari responded in a way that completely shocked me. He told me: "If you go to Kentucky and order chicken, you have to pay for it." "You have to pay for the units I injected." "There are no free lunches here." "If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else." This was said to me in front of his assistant, the doctor he is training, and my husband, so I am 100% certain that I heard and understood exactly what he said. I explained that I was not refusing to pay. I simply wanted to understand why I kept needing additional visits and additional Botox to obtain results that had previously been achieved without these issues. Despite that, the conversation continued in the same tone. I left that appointment feeling deeply hurt. Personally, I felt discriminated against and treated as if I were someone trying to get something for free, despite being a loyal patient for nearly three years who had always paid for every treatment. Most of all, I felt that I was not a valued patient. At the time, I still had $500 remaining in my membership account. After charging me for that Botox touch-up, the clinic agreed to refund the remaining balance, and I immediately canceled my membership. I had already had a negative experience at this clinic during a Black Friday promotion. I thought I had prepaid for my usual Botox treatment, but when I arrived, I was told I needed to pay more. When I asked for an explanation, I felt I was treated in a dismissive and condescending way, which led me to write a negative review. I later removed that review after Dr. Bokhari personally spoke with me, because at the time I believed the issue had mainly been with the staff. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, my perspective has changed. P.S. For context, I am 30 years old and don't have significant forehead wrinkles. I get Botox because I prefer not to have visible forehead lines. I was also not satisfied with the lip filler I received in March 2025. It appeared to me that some of the filler had migrated, and when I asked Dr. Bokhari about it, he told me it would dissolve over time. However, I can still see some small lumps around my lips today. After that experience and the incident with the nitrous oxide, I decided not to get fillers there again. I've attached photos to this review showing how my lips currently look. I never imagined that after years of loyalty, my relationship with this clinic would end this way. I sincerely hope no other patient leaves feeling as hurt and undervalued as I did. I hope my experience helps others. UPDATE: I have read the clinic's response. I understand that they disagree with my perspective and that they cannot publicly discuss my medical information. I am simply sharing my own experience as a patient, including what I personally paid, what was said to me, and how I felt during these interactions. I stand by my account of my experience.

Out of all nine appointments, I cannot remember a single time when I was seen on time. I made an effort to arrive early or at least right on time for my scheduled appointments, yet I consistently waited around 30 minutes past my appointment time. On multiple occasions, I waited close to an hour for treatments that were relatively simple. What made it even more frustrating was having morning appointments and arriving on time, only to find out that the person performing my treatment had not even arrived yet because they were running late. I completely understand that businesses can fall behind occasionally. However, when this happens consistently over nine separate visits, it is no longer an occasional delay it shows a complete lack of respect for clients' time. The overall environment also felt extremely unprofessional. My experience was disappointing from the very first appointment through my last. If you require clients to schedule appointments and expect them to arrive on time, that same level of consideration should be given to their time as well. After giving this place nine opportunities, I can confidently say I would not recommend it.

I was not disqualified from the service due to health or medical condition but solely bc the doctor thought "it wouldn't look right" if I only did my lower legs and not my entire legs. My fiance purchased me 6 sessions of hair removal through Groupon. He accidentally purchased the wrong package. I was so upset about the misunderstanding, and was crying my eyes out because I didn't think it was going to work out, and that I would have to reschedule, and my emotions were everywhere because i wanted my facial hair gone like yesterday! The ladies understood the situation and allowed me to get the correct treatment that day with the wrong coupon. Susie, the receptionist, who is amazing, hugged me and let me cry for a minute. That right there was the first sign of the kind of people that are working a this business. They are caring,understanding, and very personable! Now comes the treatment, Michelle came in we talked, she explained, then we did the first treatment. She talked to me the whole time, telling me to let her know if my skin gets warm. No pain, very fast. And I followed the directions she gave me about shaving prior to going. My second treatment, the same. It has been a month and 3 days since that second treatment, and I looked in the mirror, and my "beard" is not a big patch of hair, it is lighter and more sparse, and I can absolutely notice a difference. I have been wanting laser hair removal for years but couldn't afford it until recently I purchased a Groupon for six sessions of laser hair removal. I was skeptical at first because the contract you sign says something like, "We're not responsible if you do not respond well to treatment or if there is no results... blah blah blah.." So aaaanywayyyss.. I signed what felt like my life away and went on with the treatment. The staff is very friendly and good at making you feel welcomed and comfortable. The lady at the front desk acts like she's known me forever from the day I had my very first appointment. After my first session of laser, the hair grew back really slow! So I noticed results after the first sesh! Normally my hair grows extremely fast. I have now finished my third session and most of my hair is gone! Is it going to grow back over time?? That, I don't know.... but I have DEFINITELY seen some major results after just half of my sessions. read more

I cant express how much this place has changed my physical appearance. I had a full face of facial hair when I first started my laser hair removel. Now over time. I no longer need to cake tons of make up on or color correct. My coincidence has grown so much! The ladies here are great very professional. As soon a you walk in you are greeted by a great personality Susan at the front desk. Very understanding and a great convo holder. Betty and Michelle are the only ones ive had procedures with but ive never had a problem. Very professional and super educated. All you have to do is ask questions. Very polite staff but extremely disappointed with the results. I had 12 sessions of laser hair removal. I complained at each session about the results. Each time I complained, the technician would spend a little more time which would, obviously, show better results, but she still kept it minimal. I honestly believe that this office does minimal work so that we are required to continue with additional sessions. This is how they make their money. I don't want to pay for politeness, I want to pay for results! My friend had varicose treatment with no results. She decided to get her treatment done at a different treatment center and experienced amazing results on the first treatment! I would not recommend this clinic if you are seeking a comfortable and satisfactory experience. When I arrived the receptionist was nice and welcoming, but once I got taken to the room I felt that the procedure was rushed. It seems like they value quantity over quality and overbook appointments. Since they are rushed the patients comfort is neglected, and costumer service is poor. it would be nice to feel cared about and acknowledged after paying so much money, but the staff does not set these needs as a priority. This is a biggest scam in the history of laser hair removal. I bought full body laser hair removal for 6 sections. I have to say, this was not the first institute I've been to for laser hair removal, so I know how it should be. These people think their clients are idiots. they apply a gel to full leg, but they do one pulse on top and one pulse on the bottom of the leg, while they have to do four pulses per square inch, because of the laser tip size. If I could give them zero star, I would have. Please do not fall for their scam!!! read more

Mechelle runs a business remotely (she is not there physically most of the time) No supervision over her employee or patients. It would be a good idea to Go to a specialist with a legit license and experience. It is very unprofessional and uncaring type business. I wasted $149 on an injection that did not change anything. Went for a consultation to get rid of my cellulite. I'm very thin, and I have a booty and I wanted to get rid of the dimples. They recommended QWO, it was a waste of $3000 dollars. I brought my mom to this location for the $199 lip filler special. It was her first time getting lip filler, and from the beginning, the injector was extremely pushy about trying to get her to upgrade to a more expensive, "higher-quality" filler. She made it seem as though my mom was making a huge mistake by choosing the discounted filler. If Versa filler is being promoted as part of the special, I don't understand why customers are made to feel like they're choosing an inferior option for using the promotion. I told the injector TWICE that we wanted to stick with the filler we had already paid for, and my mom also said no, yet she continued trying to convince us to upgrade. Once a customer has clearly said no, that should be respected. I don't know if the injectors work on commission, but the sales pitch was so persistent that my mom actually wanted to leave because she felt pressured and became worried that she would end up with lips she didn't want. The wait time was also ridiculous. Her appointment was at 4:15 PM, and we didn't leave until 5:40 PM. I've had filler done at the Chino and Newport locations and have always been in and out in under an hour, so this was a completely different experience. Go to another location.

During today's session of micro needling, Ruth, who is a PA not just a nurse, constantly asked if I was doing alright, but it didn't hurt a bit. I assumed the session would cover my face only but she also did my neck and chest. What a bonus! Ruth is very knowledgeable and informative, sharing information during the treatment. She has also done Botox and Xeomin and she is on the conservative side, she doesn't try to sell you more than what you want or need, very professional. I really like that because the place I had used before always tried to have me spend/buy more than I needed. I have had many office visits at Grace Med Spa, I believe I have dealt with every employee with everyone being extremely nice and professional. First I had some filler added to both of my temple areas as I noticed some volume loss and hollowing which happens with age apparently. I didn't want to wait until it got so bad that there was possibly no help available. I felt no pain just a lil pressure. She made me feel extremely welcomed, and she was so kind and really made me feel heard about any concerns I did have (shape, size, etc.) I did come under the impression I would get my lips done the same day (my own fault) and I have an extremely busy schedule due to school. She made magic happen, and was able to fit me in the same day. Of course, lips are swollen after getting them done, and I was worried. She assured me everything will be fine, and I would most likely miss the swollen phase (she wasn't lying). Karina has boosted my confidence, and has made me feel like a new woman.
