We also tried the Suadero (3.5/5), which was also good! It wasn't overly rich or overpowering, and the meat was cooked really well. We also ordered the Consomé Ranchero, which we enjoyed as well! It was flavorful and even had some hominy at the bottom, which was a nice touch! It's a small area to eat. Counters all around, but people eat the tacos quick and we were able to get seated once a small group left. It can definitely get packed if there's a lot of people. Coming from San Diego, I definitely have high expectations for tacos, but Taqueria Ramirez did not disappoint! We'd definitely come back on our next trip to NYC!

The tacos were good but I felt like it lacked a little depth. I added some of the mango(?) it was a sweetish salsa and that gave it a nice little kick.
