    If I could give them Zero Stars I would. Horrible office manager, horrible dentist. While we were waiting in the waiting room a customer came in screaming that they "Pulled the Wrong Tooth!!" Dr. Santibanez should have her license revoked. My wife needs extensive dental work done and they made a temporary flipper that they wouldn't let her take out of the office!? Who does that!? My wife was so upset with how they treated her she cried all the way home. I hope y'all are proud of yourselves. Be forewarned. Go someplace else.

    I found my dentist! Stephanie greeted me right when I walked in. Checked me in and made me feel right at home. Explained the procedure and the next steps. Dr. Santibanez was awesome and great to work with. The office is very warm and inviting. They even work well with you to help cover the cost of taking care of your teeth. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a local dentist.

I never had any issues like cavitaties and my visits were always preventative in nature. So why is Lathrop so special? it's the staff in both the front office and hygienists that make each stop positive, calm, and sincere. Whether you're calling over the phone or speaking to the staff in person - you're their priority. The hygenists have a light touch, are sociable without being annoying, and thorough. You never need to request a certain hygienist because they're all very capable and on par with another. I recently moved states and the team cooperated beyond belief with my new dentist to provide current x-rays and even followed up to make sure they arrived. The administrator in the new office actually told me she had never experienced that sort of professionalism. I'm sitting at the new dentists office right now. All I can think about is how the staff at Lathrop is hands down the best and I'll never have a dental team that meets their standard...ever No comment on the dentists except they need to give everyone a raise asap

I don't have any problems I've already had my wisdom teeth out. So they told me that I couldn't get my teeth cleaned because I'm not doing the x-rays so my understanding is they want to do x-rays to get more money out of me because let's say they did find something wrong with something on the x-rays they would still have to have my permission to proceed to go forward to whatever they found. So if I told them no, I don't wanna do anything whatever they found they would say OK and they would clean my teeth so there's really no point on taking the x-rays if I don't proceeded to go forward with whatever they would find and don't forget I don't have any problems so why are you forcing me to do x-rays because they need or want more money. It's sad because they always have excuse saying all they don't wanna lose their license or blah, blah blah, even though the contracted paperwork at the beginning that we signed saying that we can't do anything, even if they broke a tool in our mouth. It's just bothers me that these corporations use these tactics to manipulate us into spending more money in reality it doesn't benefit us. And it's sad because I love this place but once you start adding more stuff just to get money out of my pockets when I've been going here for probably 5-6 years and never had a issue. they need to listen to their clients and their patients more than whatever they're trying to push on us, because at the end of the day we were the ones that pay their bills. Like come on man at the end the day we're calling you paying you to tell you what we need we're not paying you to tell us what we need because trust me if I had some type of problem in my jaw, I would definitely recommend getting an x-ray but I do not have any problems. And just to throw this out there I don't have insurance, so those 5-6 years that I've been coming here I've paid up front so they actually get my money the day of unlike you guys that use insurance so when you use insurance they don't get their money for about at least 2 to 4 weeks so for somebody like me that pays the day of they actually get their money that day

They do seem to stand by caring for their patients completely, and it seems like my experience was simply an anomaly. -------------------- I truly wanted to have a positive experience with this practice, but unfortunately, I've had several disappointing interactions that I feel are important to share--both as a fair warning to others and in hopes that the practice may be open to resolving the concerns. 1. Lack of transparency and follow-up on payment information -- I've requested copies of the payment forms I signed eight times (once in person, multiple times by email, phone, and voicemail). Despite this, I've still not received any documentation or clear communication around fees--for orthodontic and dental work. 2. Delayed and dismissive handling of records -- After my initial visit with Dr. To, I waited nearly two weeks for answers to my follow up questions, and then decided to request my dental records so I could transition to a new provider. When I followed up today, I was asked to "be patient and wait a few weeks." This felt dismissive, especially given I am in pain and actively seeking timely care. Given the premium pricing and the promise of a holistic, patient-centered approach, I expected a higher level of service, compassion, and professionalism. Instead, I left feeling disregarded, disappointed, and disheartened. If the practice is open to making this right, I would be willing to discuss further. In the meantime, I hope this helps others make informed decisions about their care.

Cross Creek was assigned as my preferred dentist by my network, and I am SO GLAD THEY WERE! I have extreme dental anxiety after some previous experiences in other dental offices and a traumatic dental accident a few years back. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel so cared for! The front staff was extremely kind and quick. I waited under 5 minutes for my appointment time -- I felt they were so efficient at every step. The dental assistant who took my x-rays and performed my cleaning was equally as kind. I expressed my concerns with my dental anxiety and let her know I was in tears and on the verge of a panic attack. She did not make feel embarrassed whatsoever. She was extremely calm and accommodating and made me feel very seen and cared for during my panic. She offered to go slower or stopped if needed and made sure to check in throughout to ensure I was ok. I wish I remembered her name because I was so grateful for her ease and calming presence in that moment (other dental offices can be very passive and almost annoyed at this). The cleaning was quick and once I met with the dentist, I had already had a phenomenal experience. The dentist gave me a thorough check and was very communicative the whole way through. He was also calm and collected! I appreciated this visit so much and I plan to continue coming here!!

    Please, please, stay away from this place…read more I had a cleaning and needed some fillings, but the experience was so rushed and painful that I had to leave after the first filling. I genuinely hope others avoid this place--you deserve better than this. The good: Booking was straightforward. My appointment was at 9:00 am, and I was seen around 9:05. X-rays were quick and efficient. The bad: The actual dental procedure didn't begin until around 10:40. Once it started, everything felt rushed. Numbing cream was applied, but they barely turned around before administering the anesthetic injection. The injection was painful. From what I understand, the injection typically takes several minutes to take effect, but the dentist began the procedure within about three minutes. I don't believe the anesthetic had fully kicked in--it was painful. To make things worse, the assistant jammed the water spray and suction hard into my gums. I had trouble breathing while trying to tolerate the pain. Imaging going through this just for a simple procedure. After just one filling, I decided to stop the treatment. I paid my copay at the front desk and left. Shortly after I got home, I received a call from the office saying I had a balance due. Apparently, when they removed the two unfinished fillings from the bill, they also removed the deductible. I would have appreciated a simple acknowledgment that this was their mistake. Instead, the call began with them stating I owed money--implying I hadn't paid before leaving. It was frustrating, especially after an already painful and uncomfortable visit.
