Unfortunately, the bonding breaks easily and last night at dinner his front tooth bonding broke once again! Our usual dentist (who we still love!) is out of town until Monday so I called several local dentists first thing this morning and Miller Dental offered to stay after hours tonight to repair the tooth! My husband took our son and said it was a great experience from start to finish and that the office is stunning too! He was very impressed with their compassion and professionalism! And our son is super happy with his new tooth that they made extra thick so hopefully we won't have another break anytime soon!

The dental group accepts DMO insurance to get business and then inaccurately represented a…read moretreatment not covered by the DMO insurance to boost their billing. The client, who has no dental training, ultimately has to decide whether to accept the treatment. After speaking to the DMO insurance company about the treatment I was informed by the DMO that I was misled about the purpose of the treatment. I tried to negotiate with the staff and office manager to get the cost of the treatment back. The office manager took my call and told me that I approved the charge at time of service. This is true. I did approve a misrepresented treatment and its charge. I was also told she would talk to the owner dentist about my claim. This never happened. Then, by email, I asked to talk to the owner dentist and I even offered to pay part of the charge as a compromise. The office manager never responded to me on two separate email attempts. I consider these business practices unscrupulous and poor customer service overall. Ghosting customers may be the social trend, but it's very poor customer service! Fulshear Modern Dentistry seems to overlooking all the choices their customers have for dental care in the area. The situation/charge above was in dispute with my credit card company initiated by me. This dispute was unanswered by the office manager. However, my bill is paid in full even though I was unable to work something out with the office manager due to her lack of response.

I don't have any problems I've already had my wisdom teeth out. So they told me that I couldn't get my teeth cleaned because I'm not doing the x-rays so my understanding is they want to do x-rays to get more money out of me because let's say they did find something wrong with something on the x-rays they would still have to have my permission to proceed to go forward to whatever they found. So if I told them no, I don't wanna do anything whatever they found they would say OK and they would clean my teeth so there's really no point on taking the x-rays if I don't proceeded to go forward with whatever they would find and don't forget I don't have any problems so why are you forcing me to do x-rays because they need or want more money. It's sad because they always have excuse saying all they don't wanna lose their license or blah, blah blah, even though the contracted paperwork at the beginning that we signed saying that we can't do anything, even if they broke a tool in our mouth. It's just bothers me that these corporations use these tactics to manipulate us into spending more money in reality it doesn't benefit us. And it's sad because I love this place but once you start adding more stuff just to get money out of my pockets when I've been going here for probably 5-6 years and never had a issue. they need to listen to their clients and their patients more than whatever they're trying to push on us, because at the end of the day we were the ones that pay their bills. Like come on man at the end the day we're calling you paying you to tell you what we need we're not paying you to tell us what we need because trust me if I had some type of problem in my jaw, I would definitely recommend getting an x-ray but I do not have any problems. And just to throw this out there I don't have insurance, so those 5-6 years that I've been coming here I've paid up front so they actually get my money the day of unlike you guys that use insurance so when you use insurance they don't get their money for about at least 2 to 4 weeks so for somebody like me that pays the day of they actually get their money that day

To fix my bite. I was sent to a chiropractor for a massage. Then after teeth cleaning, i was told i needed a sonogram in order to see what needed to be done. Another 250. Then i was told that it would cost 60,000.00 to fix my alignment in my jaw. I might have felt better if he had said take your sonogram . Perhaps i could take it to another dentist. He said my partial was lose on one tooth so no good, can't take it off and would have to be replaced. The staff was wonderful, and the dentist s were seemingly good, but the cost was freaking crazy high! The place is amazing, so if you have a ton of money i guess it would be great, but for me, retired teacher, the experience was embarrassing to say the least. I even said can you give me another alternative, like not the Lexis version, but maybe the Toyota version that cost less. But no! I left feeling yucky, like do i mortgage my house for my teeth? Lol not at 72! Just to be clear, my negative review was all about price and how different it was like call backs on information or for appointment s after I questioned if we could do a less expensive route. The place and people were really over nice and the equipment was top of the line. I would have loved for them to do the work because I felt comfortable there the first time i went.

After having a pretty gnarly accident with a broken tooth, I made an appointment for an evaluation and they were able to get me in same day. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Their office was clean, welcoming, and felt very relaxing. I have some awful past experiences with other dentists/procedures, so a welcoming staff/office on first impression was very important to me. They quickly were able to identify my issues, and they referred me to a specialist for another issue. Their reference was fabulous. They also explained (in-depth) what I needed done, what my options were, and what the financials would be. I came back a week later for my tooth extraction, and I was even MORE impressed this time. I was very, very terrified of having a tooth removed--I was having difficulties remaining calm. The hygenist was AMAZING. She kept reassuring me, explaining what the dentist was doing, and helped me stay relaxed (even when I was literally crying and shaking). The dentist did a great job, as well, by remaining calm/kind and explaining his steps. After my procedure was over, the staff did an amazing job making me feel taken care of, including providing everything I need to care for myself after the procedure. I HIGHLY recommend this office, and I will be using them for future dental needs for myself and my family!!!

I hadn't been to the dentist in about a year, but I take really good care of my teeth. Dr. Hu told me that I had 8 cavities and explained everything very rudely. When you hear you have a cavity, the reaction and explanation I'd hope to have is someone saying - we will get this taken care of, here's some preventative measures to take. Instead, I got rude comments about it and I felt very uncomfortable. Not to mention, the Dental Hygienist asked me questions the entire time during my cleaning about my diet, if my mom is prone to cavities, if I eat sugary food and drinks, etc. I felt like I couldn't catch a break. I will say, the Dental Assistant, Natalia is amazing. She's very kind and funny, and genuinely cared about me and made sure I wasn't in any pain during the X-Ray's. Overall, this is not a dentist I will be going back to.
