We do not recommend Fuller Land Surveying. We have been constantly lied to and put off for near a year come May 2022. It took our money and promised to come back out to locate the original pin and place their proper pin marker. The last unfulfilled promise came in Nov. 2021, when Trey called us, stating that he had a telephone number and was checking to see what the association was. He made the same empty promises again after we helped him to recall the issue. Our then neighbors in 2021 were working with us. There was no legal case. We explained all this upfront prior to hiring Fuller Land Surveying. It is now April 27, 2022, and the original neighbors have moved on. We just wanted to determine the measurements between the houses before their house was sold. (The fence was replaced in 2017 by the neighbor before them who created the problem.) When we built our home in 2004, there were no houses on either side of us at that time. We were the original property owners. I could go into great detail with the problem and promises made, but this review would be quite lengthy. We have several email communications from last year, 2021, with Fuller's promises. We would be pleased if Fuller Land Surviving would return our money to settle this issue. We paid $486 for a worthless survey which was not done properly or timely. We have been very patient and trusting. At this point, the trust between us and Fuller is completely gone. We had so hoped it would have worked out! read more
