They were professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. Not only did they successfully repair our gas fireplace, but the technician also took the time to explain what he was doing. He showed me how to change the receiver box if I ever wanted to switch from using the remote control to operating the fireplace with a wall light switch. He even had me record a video of the instructions so I would have them for future reference. He also offered helpful advice about turning off the pilot light if we planned to travel for an extended period, which would prevent us from wasting gas while we were away. What impressed me most was how honest, thorough, and forthcoming he was about everything we discussed. This was a stark contrast to my previous experience with another company, where I spent well over $500 plus over a year and a half and still had an unresolved fireplace issue. Thankfully, I called SafeAir Duct & Chimney, and they finally got our fireplace working properly! I highly recommend SafeAir Duct & Chimney to anyone looking for
