First time having a roof installed on a house in Texas. What a learning experience! When you call…read morefor estimates make sure you know if you are dealing with an actual roofing contractor or a company that will sub out all the work. I prefer dealing with the person who will be doing all the work. I did a lot of research on how Texas laws are different from other states and knew I had to go with Dennis. Just look at his website and you will get an education on roofing. Dennis uses only the best materials and names that I know and trust. Other companies will quote the work with companies I've never heard of. Their warranties on the labor will also be like 3 years instead of what Dennis will cover. You always want a contractor to communicate with you on everything and keep you informed. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with any contractor of any trade I've ever used. Everyone was professional and respectful. The roof went up in a day and everything was covered and then cleaned up. So if you want a good price, great communication, the right materials and knowing HonestRoof will do their best then it's a no brainer. Nothing but 5 star reviews.

This time, a roofer showed up on time for our appointment and performed the needed work quickly. So updating my review.

Macdonalds Roofing and Remodeling rebuilt my carport in the Dallas area after it collapsed during a…read morerecent storm, and I could not be happier with the result. Anthony's communication was the best I have ever experienced with a contractor. He showed up when he said he would, and if anything needed to change he called or notified me right away. He also worked with me to make sure the final product matched what I had in mind. At one point he even stopped and redid part of the work because he felt it was not up to his standards, which says a lot about the pride he takes in his work. The finished carport is sturdy, well built, and looks like it belongs in the backyard. It feels much more premium than the cost would suggest. After comparing prices with prebuilt carport kits at Home Depot, I know I ended up with a far better product for a fair price. I would absolutely hire Anthony and his team again, and I plan to have them back in a few months to paint it. I would confidently recommend Macdonalds Roofing and Remodeling to anyone in the Dallas / DFW area who needs roofing or construction work.

Hi MacDonald Roofing & Remodeling team,…read more My name is Micheal. I help home-service companies turn paid traffic into more qualified calls and booked jobs by improving the ads landing page follow-up funnel. I reviewed your website, and MacDonald already has several strong trust signals--including your 5-star Google reputation, local experience and broad roofing capabilities. The opportunity I noticed is on your dedicated roof-replacement page, especially if homeowners searching for roof replacement in Dallas land directly there. Here are three tests I would run: 1. Put a stronger conversion action in the first screen. The page begins by explaining the service, but visitors must continue down the page before reaching the clear consultation action. I would test placing "Request a Free Roof Replacement Estimate" directly beneath the headline, alongside a click-to-call option. 2. Bring your strongest proof onto the replacement page. I would place your 5.0 Google rating, 66 reviews, fully insured status and Nextdoor recognition immediately below the first CTA. I would also add one completed roof-replacement project or customer result before the general service explanation. 3. Shorten and personalize the contact step. The current page sends visitors to a general contact form asking them to write a message. I would test an embedded roof-replacement form asking only for their name, phone number, ZIP code and project timeframe. After submission, I would trigger an immediate text confirmation and fast call follow-up. I'm not suggesting a complete website rebuild. The opportunity is creating a tighter path from roof-replacement traffic to qualified estimate requests. Would you be open to a brief 15-minute conversation about how I would test this for MacDonald? Best, Micheal
