I subcontracted out a cleaning job that I was capable of doing myself, seeing that I own a carpet cleaning service in Dallas. I decided to pick someone in that area to have my business. Wow that was a mistake. He not only didn't show up at the appointment hour. Wasting the customers time Mr. Smith wanted me to pay him upfront before ever going to the job site. I called Mr. Smith we agreed I would pay him as soon as he confirmed he was there at the customers home. Mr. Smith confirmed on the phone that was fair he would take the work. I see why he wanted to be paid upfront Mr. Smith never planned on going out. Beware is all I have to say scammer on the prowl.

He was also very slow to respond to messages and he sometimes doesn't respond at all. Terrible work and even worse customer service. There are better window cleaning companies out there.
