I bought wood in anticipation of this ice storm that's coming, and we are an all electric house except for this fireplace. I received another automated confirmation of my appt Wednesday . After a further miscommunication was cleared up, Kyle came by at 4 and did the job. Laid out a tarp, played with my dog, cleaned the chimney, and patched a small crack in the back. I now feel confident to use my fireplace in this storm. Well pleased with results.

Whats harder to be fixed is a bad job or sloppy work and that isn't a problem as his work is good. Overall I'm satisfied just a little salty about being overcharged for, stones, ceramics etc... P.s Alexander's customer service isn't very good.
