Sunday special
Dave N.

The service was really good. The restaurant was clean. The servings were very generous. The deviled egg potato salad was really good and the cornbread was fresh.I had the Sunday special, the food was warm and the Brisket and Mac n cheese was on the dry side. It was 4:30 maybe the earlier the better

Updating my review from three to one stars after a couple lunch stops. The service is still really challenged and the consistency is all over the map. Have had the driest meat known to humankind one day, and then way over humidified (like steamed soggy) another. Only once was the meat itself excellent (I really want to like this place, but it just misses and tossed what I bought this last time. It was inedible. The portion sizes have been broadly different. All that for a premium price.

a pulled pork sandwich on a bun

First time trying full belly and once I brought it home it was disappointing. Ordered the pulled chicken sandwich, just chicken and bread. No sauce at all. Would have figured the chicken to be cooked in some kind of sauce or at least mixed in after the fact. The brisket was dry. The only thing that was actually good and enjoyable was the Mac and cheese. Everything else was just disappointing and for spending $70+ it makes it worse. Wouldn't recommend and will not be returning.

The low rating on Yelp is because the business owner refuses to pay an extortion fee to Yelp and they "flag" positive reviews as suspicious. You can find real, honest ratings and reviews on Google and Facebook. Fullbelly is being called the best BBQ on the beach for a good reason. High quality proteins (their brisket is USDA Prime Certified Angus Beef... try finding that anywhere on the Grand Strand) and the attention to detail is obvious. This menu was made for BBQ lovers by a lover of BBQ and it shows. The decor is also sleek with a comfortable ambiance and the sides are outstanding.

We tried it one more time. Very disappointed in the food. The Mac and cheese is still dry. The brisket was flavorless!

Happy hour here is from 4-7 every day, and there is special pricing for drinks and food options. They have changed the Happy Hour menu around, but still have favorites like the 1/2 tavern nachos. Aria served us and she was great. we had 4 waters, and 4 tavern punches. For appetizers we had the happy hour nachos, and boneless Asian Chang and Gold wings. For the wings, one can get more than one flavor if one wants, like we did. wings were saucey and tender and enjoyable, as well as the nachos. After our appetizers, I ordered the french dip sandwich with mac and cheese, and my mom ordered the BLT-A with fries. We also ordered boneless BBQ wings to go for my dad. I enjoyed my french dip sandwich with mac and cheese. We then got the check and paid with a credit card and left a cash tip. Will be back for another enjoyable meal!

Located in a shopping center that has a ton of Parking. Our table ordered quite a few things. For starters I'm going to start out with the service- to be honest it was terrible. The girl serving us should be writing stuff down because half of the things we ordered for the table she couldn't remember to get for us and seemed a little annoyed when we flagged her down to ask for something again. My mom's husband also asked our server what kind of beer they had and she was giving him a hard time and kept asking him what he wanted without giving him a few examples of what bottles they had. Maybe they should get some type of beer menu if the servers can't list off at least the simple beer? Coors, corona, bud etc. We asked at the beginning of the meal to please bring us extra crackers, and extra lemons and extra horseradish. When we received our apps we didn't get anything we asked for and she had to come back to the table a few times before we got everything we wanted. Food Wise- Raw Clams and Oysters- cleaned out very well extremely fresh and very enjoyable! The pisser clams- also very good! She crab soup- it was OK but definitely not enough crab meat inside and the pieces were very small Cesar Salad- (another thing we had to remind the server to bring to the table) it was terrible and the dressing was watery Chop Cheese Burger- meat was good but they did not put on lettuce or tomatoes on it and we needed to ask them to bring that out. Crab stuff mushrooms- no flavor Some of us got food to go- I got the smash Swiss mushroom burger medium rare (the burgers are not smashed by the way) and asked for onions on it which I did not receive on it and it was over cooked My mom got a burger with fries and order a side of coleslaw (which we also didn't get and needed to ask for). We also ordered this mouse crunch cake to go- that was absolutely excellent! Like I said- this place has potential but there is much that needs to be fixed- it would probably be a better experience if you choose to sit at the bar and have some select seafood if you choose to come here.

The atmosphere is relaxed and pet-friendly, and the menu has enough variety that everyone at the table can find something they'll actually want. The pricing is another big win here. It's very reasonable for what you get, and the portions don't disappoint. A few standouts really keep people coming back: the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla is genuinely excellent, crispy, flavorful, and well-balanced without being too heavy. The fried ravioli is a classic & the pretzel bites are a reliable go-to appetizer, especially with a group. The buffalo flatbread lands on the better end of bar-style flatbreads with a nice kick and solid texture. They also do weekly specials that make it even more worth it, especially the $10 burger night on Wednesdays, which is one of the better deals around for a full meal. Overall, it's a laid-back, dog-friendly spot with solid food, good prices, and a menu that's more versatile than you'd expect from a casual restaurant.

They offer happy hour specials from 4 PM to 7 PM daily. I got a football season special which was Pepsi zero and Malibu for $5.
