This was only one of two nearby locations for Aprila motorcycles so I popped in to take a look at the new color scheme of one of the models. It just so happened I was greeted by a new salesperson and I told him I was not in the market yet but I wanted to throw a leg of the bike to see how it felt. No pressure, no pushy sales techniques so color me impressed. I took his information and thanked him. If I were to buy a bike that day he would be the type of salesperson I could deal with. On the flip side, as I was driving away I noticed the back lot in disarray with bikes and parts crammed everywhere. I bought a 09 Yamaha r1, for 4 weeks been told it was ready to be picked up 5 separate times and drove 2 times 2hrs just to come pick up just to be told it wasn't ready. Due to the 2-3 month wait period they said they would give me a new back tire as backup and a seat bracket so the seat isn't sliding around, but been 4months since and still haven't received anything. They will lie about how much the down payment is and up it when you send money for me was 1100 down then 1600. The bike in question the ecu blew and they blocked me and wont reply to my messages. P.S I probably drove the bike a total of 5hrs overall the time it wasn't going back to the shop(aka dealership), don't buy from these dumb a** people they just want to scam you. Found out as well the boss is a dick not gonna say who told me but yeah good luck if you buy from this s***hole. read more

After the sale was finalized, he had to wait almost two weeks just to pick up the bike because they weren't prepared -- even though it should have been ready. They promised a warranty at the time of purchase, but when an issue came up less than two months later, they refused to honor it. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Full Throttle and I feel obligated to warn others. When I bought my motorcycle, the salesman Eddy assured me that the bike had been fully serviced before the sale. I trusted his word. At signing, I also purchased a warranty through Adnan, who confirmed it would cover major issues. Less than two months later, the bike broke down. Full Throttle refused to honor the warranty and made zero effort to fix the issue. To make matters worse, they also refused to reimburse me for the warranty-even though they were clearly in violation of the contract terms. This was dishonest, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of integrity. I spent money on a warranty for nothing, and they left me to deal with the repairs myself. Do yourself a favor-avoid this place. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!! After removing the primary and inspecting the clutch plates that where completely fried here are the pictures of the findings again don't trust anyone at full throttle when they tell you that the bike has been completely checked and serviced!!!!! read more

Service has been appalling. I had a failure on May 18 and dropped the bike off for repair. I was told that parts were on backorder - not unexpected. But I had zero feedback as to how long it would take despite numerous calls so I eventually ordered the parts myself and hand delivered them 5 weeks later on June 25. When I picked the bike up on June 27, I reported that a camera had been removed from the handlebar mount. I've been looking for an answer for another 5 weeks and as I have still had no response or even a call back, I'm officially done dealing with them and shall write off that $100 theft. I paid cash for mine September 26th 2022. 2.5 months later, Still no title, no license plates, paper ones are expired, they say there is nothing they can do about extending the paper tags, numerous phone calls (at least 7-8 calls) no answers to my questions, get the run around every time, "we will call you back" she never calls back. You should shop somewhere else. The first time I called, she said "oh it looks like the paperwork wasn't filed, we will get that taken care of". Called back 3 weeks later, same answer followed with a "I don't know what happened, I will look at this and call you back". No call back. When I got there I even mentioned to the salesman about the negative reviews about the paperwork. He assured me "I just took over, and we've got that all taken care of". Well, color me stupid. Inquired about a Triumph over at this location. Was told by the salesman several times that the bike had no damage to the bike. Salesman sent photos to me and I found that the crankcase cover was scratched up like it had been dropped/laid down. Finally set a time to go pick up the bike despite that one damaged part on the bike that I was reassured several times was the only thing on the bike that was damaged. We get to the store after driving 4.5 hours from Louisiana. We look at the bike and find that the blinker is broken on one side, the mirror is broken and will not stay up. We also find out the bike is dead and will not start. Junior told them to test the battery, but the battery tested good, so that left the key fob not working. While we were trying to check the battery we found that there were bolts missing from the tank cover. We decided to go ahead and purchase the bike, with Junior's reassurance that he would send us money through check or to get him on the phone to pay over the phone for any damaged pieces. Also we were told that he was going to pay the first note on the bike as their promotional offer for buying from them. The next month we realize that we never received anything in the mail from the lean holder to find out how to pay the note. Called and they said we had to call and set the info up with lean holder? Once we got that straightened up, several more phones calls followed about registration and plate taking long to get to us due to Texas having extended wait times for registration. At this point, we are very angry. We call Junior on his personal cell phone, does not answer or return calls. We call the dealership and they give us the run around about him being with a customer. The lady over the paperwork side of it told me that she needed more information from us because the forms were not filled out. And i told her that i filled out the information that she needed several times and she will not get any more information, that she needed to check her paperwork/email again before asking for a 4th time for the same information. We were at the point of returning the bike and then registration and plate FINALLY comes in. We have had the bike for 5 months now and still never received the check from them for the first note that was promised to us. And are clueless to what products they have there. We had to take our motorcycle to a local-ish dealer 1.5hours away to get a new key because the key they gave us looked like it had been ran over and would not start the bike if it sat for a day. Our local dealer told us that it is weird that it did that and showed us the fail safe if it happened again. We ordered a new key and found out the remote actually turns off. Junior told us he would pay for a new key and only sent us half of the money. They are a nightmare to deal with and you can only in touch with someone when you cause a fuse, but are so quick to get you to commit to buying. We will NEVER shop here again and NEVER recommend them to anyone else. They are not truthful with damage or anything on the products that they sell. **I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP** They need to be put out of business ASAP for ripping people off. read more

Went to look at 2 bikes I saw online and was interested in and drove from San Antonio to Houston on a Saturday! I get there and of course one bike was sold though it was still listed online, and the other bike the price went up $2k within the day since I looked last the night before and made the plan to drive there. So now my guts is saying leave but they show me 2015 gsxr 1k and they tell me they will order whatever fairings I want since they needed to be replaced and they would replace a few other things to get the bike up to par, so now I have to wait 3-8 days they tell me so they can get the parts and fix it up which when you buy a bike you want it asap so I wasn't happy about that. Well, now it's going on 10 days and I haven't got a phone call text or email to update me or anything, and I call in and don't go and check for me immediately, I'm told they will call me back or I CAN CALL BACK IN AN HOUR TO CHECK! DO NOT buy a bike from this polace. I placed a $500 deposit on a particular color of motorcycle and later was told that the bike was not in stock and it'd have to be ordered. They said "...don't worry, we can just give you your deposit back if you decide you don't want the color we DO have in stock..." I decided I did not want to purchase the color in stock and they promised the deposit back. Long story short, I have been calling them for about 3 weeks. I have spoken to just about every employee there and sent many emails. They always say the same thing "...Don't worry, I'll pass the info along to the person that can refund the deposit and it'll be taken care of...". It's always the same song and dance. It's just a scam that they have probably run a million times and they just wear a person down until they give up. I purchased a used bike form them back at the beginning of October 2021, here it is the end middle of February and I still do not have my plates, registration or title. The best part is the DMV said the paperwork for the bike has not been submitted and the bike shows it is still in the previous owner's name in another state. The dealer originally claimed that i should have gotten my plates, reg. and title back around Nov 6, 2021. Then changed their story to oh due to covid everything is still shut down, so you are telling me that the whole state of Texas is open excluding Houston due to covid. read more

Where to begin. DO NOT GO HERE. I signed a contract for a brand new 2024 Aprilia RSV4 and arranged a pick up time. Upon my arrival I was already off to a bad start. They had misquoted the down payment as well as told me the owner did not pay the bill for the key box company and the key can't be accessed at this time. They said worst case scenario we can switch the bike and re do the contract as they had a duplicate model on the floor. Fine. I said I would use the restroom and look at my bike on display while they figure out their mess. The guy mopping the bathroom would not let me use it? Awkward. Anyway, I walk over to the bike that I bought to check it out. HUGE scratch and groove on the right side fairing...brand new bike. I told them we would need to switch the bike anyways because I'm not buying that one. Long story short. Pushed it on the trailer, got home. Found another little mark on this bike as well and an empty gas tank. I received no manual or anything for the bike. Nothing from Aprilia besides the key from them which I am not sure is procedure. Yikes... dropped in yesterday to look at a couple bikes. Salesmen didn't even let us get in out of the heat before they pounced... like 4 of them standing by the door like hungry animals. Felt like a very pressure sales sort of store. The bike I came to look at literally had turn signals hanging off the rear end of it, rusted dent in the gas tank, and was obviously laid down significantly at speed and repaired quite poorly. The price they were asking was extremely high for a bike with this level of damage. I understand bikes getting dropped, but this was pretty obvious that it was in a very significant accident. Just glancing at the other bikes around their crowded showroom and you could tell most had been damaged and repaired just enough to get it out of their store for it to become someone else's problem.
