My tire was fixed in 10 min shoot out to BANK HEAD
Chaliewhalie77 ..

This place is awesome I stopped by to get a tire change and the staff was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Bank head is one of mechanics and he swapped my tired in like 10 mins. The prices was fair and the customer service is beyond great. I would definitely advise fellow riders to check this place out. I'll be coming back all the time.

I sold my Honda CBR1000 motorcycle to them, they were reliable, helpful, fast and courteous. I totally recommend them for any business you may encounter. Mr. Jack the dealership manager was the one that help me out and printed me out my check. There goes his number for any question you may have 832-597-2944

The absolute worst experience I've ever had trying to get a vehicle. My husband and I were getting a pickup they had for sale but we're having it shipped to Lubbock Tx. They came and got my trade in within two days of the decision but said they were going to send the truck a couple days later. Over 2 weeks later the truck arrives with the engine light on and codes saying the engine power low, blowing white smoke, not drivable. Called them and they said there was nothing they could do. Luckily we called the bank and had the loan cancelled and they continued trying to stick us with this pickup we had no loan for, for over a week. Finally threatening lawyers and having the bank call them, they finally took the pickup back and paid for the car. It was a nightmare. No wonder they have the reviews they do. I'd be embarrassed to be a part of this team. Oh and the truck is back of for sale and they picked it up yesterday so I recommend not paying for the POS.

There are many reviews on the www about these Chinese ATVs. Some good, and some not so good. Some…read moreof these reviews knock the dealer, because the buyer had a perceived bad experience with the product. Let me preface my review. There are two components to a review. The sale and the product. I am kinesthetic and I want to touch and feel what I am buying I began reading up on these Chinese ATVs back in November. So I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for. The first dealer I visited was in North Houston, they " blew me out the door". Their prices were way out of line with competitors online and the brick and mortar locations. I called them back the next day to ask a few more questions, and that one phone call was past my attention span. So, I find Hawrin Powersports. I call and speak to a lady named Tina. She had product knowledge and answered many of my questions over the phone. That same day I went in person and met George. As I walked around and kicked tires, he walked me through the different models and explained some of the many differences. George was not pushy and let me breathe as I continued to "kick tires". His product Knowledge was very helpful. This was a sale for me, I ended up getting 4 of the 125cc ATVs with the 8" wheels. Taking delivery. The guys in the back gassed the ATVs up and made sure that they all started. Very similar to "Make Ready", at a car dealer. The reason I point this out, is that when you buy a car, the car wash tech does not crawl under the hood and make sure every bolt and belt is tight. Nor does the salesman. They started and I took them home. The next thing was My JOB. How many times have you bought a brand new bicycle from Walmart or Academy and still had to align the front wheel, tighten the handle bars and seat and tighten the chain. Well, the same applies here. Before you let your child loose on one of these ATVs, you have the responsibility to make sure things are tight and safe, yourself. Yes, I found a few bolts loose, NO BIG DEAL. The day after Christmas a found that a few bolts on one, had fallen off somewhere on 10 ac. A trip to AutoZone and a few bucks and the kids were back riding again. This was hardly worth $25.00 dollars in gas and 3 hours of drive time and down time for the kids, to make a trip to Houston for a warranty claim. As far as the ATVs, the kids love them. They look sharp, ride good and they can start them with a key!!! Dad does not have to be Pull Starting a mini bike or go-cart. Parts are readily available all over the net and very inexpensive. I have already ordered some wearable items. Brake pads, chain adjusters, air filters and NGK spark plugs. Did Harwin Powersports meet my needs/wants? Absolutely. Will I purchase from them aga in? Absolutely !!

After dealing with multiple UTV places, I have to say this place might take the cake for running…read morethis place with people hired whose family tree is a wreath. There are 3 departments here. Service, sales and parts. Neither one talks to the other. They operate as independent entities when they are in the same building. Neither knows what the other is doing and nor do they ask nor care. So if you order a part and want service to install it here's my suggestion IF you were to go here which I don't recommend. I'd recommend root canals, rectal surgery, breaking your leg, etc. BUT if you were to ignore that advice and you had to come here, do this Write everything in BIG letters. Hand a letter to each department of what they must do and the order they must do it in. Coordination has to be on you because again "family tree is a wreath" they will not know how to contact their coworker in the same building. Impossible. So after each department is finished with their task it is now up to you to call the next department, tell them to recall that piece of paper with the big letters and instructions on it and begin the next step. Sadly they will still fail at this. You will get mad and wish you had taken my previous advice to smash your face with a hammer then deal with these people

That alone raises serious concerns about their honesty and business practices. To make matters worse, the vehicle was delivered with only one key, and I was never provided the passcode/key information. For a purchase like this, that's basic and should never be overlooked. It is now April, and I still have not received a copy of the title. This has completely delayed my ability to properly register the vehicle and has created ongoing frustration. For a dealership to drag this out for months is inexcusable. Trying to get answers has been a constant runaround. I've been passed from one person to another with no accountability, no clear communication, and no resolution. Management has been just as ineffective--slow responses, empty promises, and no real effort to fix the situation. This experience feels like once they got the money, they stopped caring entirely. Between the undisclosed damage, missing key/passcode information, failure to provide proper paperwork, and lack of professionalism, I cannot recommend this company to anyone--especially if you are purchasing from out of state. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This has been a costly and stressful mistake.
