None of them impressed me until Greg from Windows on Washington came over. He walked me through several options and explained how the windows they used were manufactured and why. Windows on Washington got the job. My windows and my doors were being manufactured. So they sent out a wonderful gentleman to get the final accurate measurements. Great guy. After that, communication was wonderful as were were assessed of the stage we were in. This included when we got the email and calls explaining that, since we were on a higher floor, they needed to bring in some equipment to lift the new doors up to our balcony. No surprises. Installation day was amazing as Joon and his team came in, got everything into place, and cleaned up the areas to better than when they got here. Joon then went over the features on our windows and even explained how we get to and clean the outsides of the glass. Wonderful man and amazing team. Since then, we have gotten copies of our warranty and the guarantees. And the company has reached out twice to ask if we have any questions and to ensure that we are happy with our windows. We are. We are very happy with our windows. Almost as happy as we are with the people who got them into our home.

RESPONSIVENESS - very fast, very responsive, very professional. A tad too frequent, but apparently roof repair is a competitive business. INSPECTION - scheduled and conducted efficiently; exceptionally thorough inspection report (David). COST - in line with all other quotes, which are apparently driven by the insurance estimate. Green Oak differentiation included owner interaction, master roofer certification, 5 star rating, excellent warranty, professional documentation and workflow management. WORK - scheduled efficiently, material arrived on time the day before, crew arrived on time the day of, work was conscientious and completed in 3/4 day (townhome), clean-up (including loose nail hunt) was impressively thorough. AFTER - received certificate of completion in a timely manner, along with photo record of repaired roof. Not being a roofer, it's difficult to assess the integrity of the new roof & shingles, however the end result appears clean and professional. Suspect the new, high-quality roof will increase the townhome value and/or decrease time to sell based on the high-quality products used and overall curb appeal of the work. He recommended a roof "tune up" as part of the package without pushing or trying to upsell me for more, which i really appreciated. He also accommodated my inquiry of adding on the installation of a bathroom exhaust vent cap, which was missing when we moved in. After being extremely reasonable on pricing and lighting-fast on responses, they scheduled and completed the work the day after signing. The team was efficient and respectful, with a huge attention to detail. Eg, despite acknowledging concerns about our walkway-- which is crooked and visually disorienting--they have continuously postponed resolving the issue until we stopped asking altogether. Furthermore, problems arose within months of installation of our new wood floor. The boards began to warp (cup) because the wood was not properly acclimatized before installation. OHI lied about how long the wood had been in our house prior to installation and instead wrongly accused us of using water to clean the floor. We provided written evidence of the timeline of wood delivery and installation, but they persisted in their lies. After engaging outside experts and exchanging numerous emails, they eventually returned to re-sand and re-stain the floor, but the job was sloppy, leaving stain splatters on baseboards and stainless steel appliances. Furthermore, we discovered numerous hairs laminated into the floor. Our concerns about these issues, along with their botched attempt at spot sanding and staining, which resulted in a large discolored area, have been ignored, again in the hope that we would give up seeking a resolution. OHI ghosted us.

Many panels are not in alignment, facings are not uniform--it looks CHEAP. My utter contempt for this company is profound. We could have had any number of other companies do this project for less and achieved a better result.
