I needed to have a metal key for my car made (didn't have one at all) and only had a number provided by the dealership (helpless). The number to cut the key provided was wrong as we found out after making a key and not being able to get in the car. They offered me another service to actually get the key code from the car itself and cut a temporary key with the code just be sure before cutting the real original blade. After all that they gave me the temporary key and the original blade and only charged me for one service. The attention to the details and care for my money always throws me off. Anywhere else would've either charged me for the extra key I received and for the first one cut with the wrong numbers (as they had nothing to do with it). The wrong code cut on the original blade would've cost me $50 extra but they didn't risk it and used a temporary one. Very good job! Absolutely recommend this locksmith.

Ive spoken to all the companies owners/managers Harel Ron, David, and Robert, they are completely aware that the key fob they gave me is faulty and malfunctions and this company gave me the biggest run around. They always act like they are going to fix/replace the key fob and they don't, now the key fob CAN NOT, lock/unlock or start the car. When I try to start the car I get an error message "no key detected". I called the locksmith about these issues and they tell me the battery needs to be replaced, and I need to buy a new battery. It has not been 30 days since I purchased the fob and the key fob has so many issues, now when I call they dont even pick up. If you need a replacement key, or locksmith please choose another company because this company will make you frustrated and upset
