I liked them. They were right by the bus stop and served pretty good shakes in a moment of need. The issue they run into is the amount of knuckleheads who hang out in front. I hope they reopen soon. read more

They're usually really good I've ordered from them a few times it's nice to have a healthy food place to order from. But the last time I ordered from them I found a hair in a quesadilla and it definitely wasn't mine because it was literally inside the quesadilla when I took a bite and it was too long and a different color to be mine. I called to ask if I could have a refund or something and the girl on the phone told me it was impossible there was hair in it and she told me I could come in with the picture and they could "see what they could do". Honestly the whole situation was super awkward because how are you going to tell me it's impossible for there to be hair in my food when I'm literally telling you I found it and to make matters worse she said their chef is bald so that's ever grosser because who's hair was that. Outside of the hair and the shitty costumer service the food was good though ‍ read more

Being that the lion's share of the reviews for this place are complaining about Grubhub's incompetence, I decided to give this place a shot and... well; the unfortunately named "Fuel Fever" is no Natureworks. To start with the good, the space was clean and well put together, and the service was fine. Strangely, however, everything is set up like a traditional sit-in restaurant. complete with table menus; but you need to order at the counter. Being that this was a low carb day for me, I ordered an apparently popular item: The Half Chicken with 2 sides. My two sides were "Veggies" and "Spinach". The food was below average. The chicken tasted as if it were straight out of a supermarket rotisserie, complete with the vague, understated sense of nausea after eating it. The veggies were in an even more miserable state, boiled... Or maybe microwaved? The carrots were far from fresh and had some white crust on them. My spinach side came half cooked and was equally flavorless. How hard is it to sautee spinach with a little bit of garlic? Apparently, too hard. In any case, I probably won't be back unless I'm in the mood for a smoothie or something. read more

Awful delivery service, and food. We ordered at 11:30 food didn't get here till 1:20. All of the orders were wrong, and missing items so they substitute it with avocado? I told my husband to get a full refund but because we aren't made out of money, and we're hungry we ate it anyway. Stay away. read more

I am SO happy to have a healthy and delicious Seamless option in Staten Island!!!!!! I went online last night, resolved to just get the best I could get from the very few options and BAM a newbie on the block. I was stoked to see so many juices and vegetables and healthy options in general. I got a side of steamed vegetables, a side of brown rice and air fried wings with buffalo sauce. My hubby got the roast chicken dinner with asparagus and spinach. Everything was fresh, tasty and such big portion sizes. Can't wait till next time I'm too lazy to cook lol read more

I love this place!!!! Everything I order is always so good. My favorite thing is the turkey burger meat with brown rice veggies.. I also like the pizza because it's made healthy ... I would eat here every day if possible. I'd also have to add the healthy lumber jack breakfast is sooooo good read more

Great menu selection! Delicious juices and overall yummy food. Decent professional staff. Delivery is a little spotty meaning something is always forgotten but when we call at least someone comes back to bring the missing item(s). read more

The delivery person refused to leave my door because he said I didn't tip him and REFUSED to believe I could do it afterwards. So I had to go into the app right then and there to tip him and even after I did it he wasn't convinced! Meanwhile I felt pressure to tip him more than I wanted to and all my items came INCREDIBLY soupy. This was the most uncomfortable unpleasant experience I've ever had ordering food through an app and I'll never give Fuel Fever my business ever again I'm so disgusted and upset. How are you going to refuse to leave until you know how much I'm tipping you? I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. No stars read more

I ordered takeout. Asked for a chipotle wrap and it was bland. Told them to please put extra chipotle sauce in the wrap and put some sauce on the side. They forgot to do both. read more

I just received my order at work and I'm not happy at all. The smoothie I chose (mango, peach and spinach) is extremely bland. I also asked that they add honey for sweetener and I'm positive there is no honey in this smoothie at all. not worth $7 especially since I paid extra money for them to add extra mango and all I taste is spinach and soy milk. The wrap came soggy and falling apart, I was unable to hold it to eat it. I asked for no tomatoes and there were tomatoes throughout. The wrap itself had good flavor but they need to work on their delivery execution. I feel this meal was not worth $20....maybe more like $15 at best. I doubt I will try or recommend this place again. Which sucks because we needed a good healthy restaurant near my job. Bummer. read more

I wanted to give this place zero stars but wasn't able to. I just walked out because I went there hoping to have a good healthy meal, however I walked out after 10 minutes of being ignored by the staff. I walked in sat at a table waited 10 minutes where no one on the staff approached me to take my order so I walked up to the counter to order and the girl behind the counter continued to ignore me and take an order on the phone while a second girl also behind the counter washed dishes and also ignored me. Very terrible service, I will not be going back to this place. read more

The ingredients for everything I got (portobello wrap which came with a generous serving or lentil soup and side salad AND a smoothie and a side order of spicy fries) were incredibly fresh! Everything was delicious. The value was unbeatable. It all felt healthy too. The service was okay- the guys there were very nice and helpful on suggestions and would get everything we asked for but at times it took a few min to get their attention. I think they focus on take out orders. Anyhow overall super fresh, healthy and great price! I recommend it read more

I ordered through grubhub. It arrived ice cold and 45 minutes late after preordering hours in advance and having them try to deliver it at the time I ordered it at first and having to explain to them that I'd ordered for an advanced time. Awful. Do not recommend to anyone if they can't even get an order for hours later right. Im wondering if they just let the food they first try to send me lay around then brought it back hours later and 45 minutes late to when I wanted it. read more

This place is really good! So many options. I had a hard time choosing. I did end up getting the falafel wrap and was very pleased with my choice. They have a lot of juice options as well for different health issues. Inside is clean and there's plenty of seating at tables or a counter area. Being from NJ I can't stand that there's no parking! I had to park a block away which is super annoying. It's also kind of tricky to get to, but I'll for sure be back next time I'm in Staten Island. read more

AN UPDATE: Forget this place lol. I ordered an acai bowl. It arrived to me with chunks of frozen fruit in it and HALF A JAR of frozen peanut butter at the bottom. Took forever to arrive. Was awful. The nasty girl at the phone tried to put up a fight when I asked for a refund. Wound up getting a new bowl. It was meh. This place thoroughly stresses me out. Because the food is great! When it shows up correctly, or even just shows up. I've ordered from here 3 times. The first time, they came 25 minutes late, and delivered me a chicken wrap. I ordered the veggie wrap. Showed up 30 minutes after THAT with the right order. It wasn't bed. The second time, my order was right. But like a lot of people said, the smoothies there suck. Just... Not good. I asked for protein powder & there was none. The third time, I ordered. 20 minutes go by. They call me to say they don't have the edamame I ordered or any black beans... for the black bean panini. I was pissed they waited so long. Service needs to get better because their food really is good. read more

First off this place has some pretty unbeatable prices for healthy food. And secondly the food is amazing. I come here every Thursday to try something new off the menu and they have never disappointed. Their smoothies are also very good and the small is only 4.00$!! That's a steal! Service is really good and always on point. Definitely stop by for good healthy fresh food!! read more

First time ordering from this restaurant was very good! Delivery was just under 30mins, food was warm and cooked perfectly -- nice for when you want a yummy burger and fries but don't want everything deep-fried (yuck). The Greek burger was perfect I will definitely recommend and order again! I'm only sad I didn't get to try a smoothie! --Next time for sure !! read more

I've ordered from here a couple times. First time I ordered the salmon with rice and beans, it was good.. not anything special. The one time I ordered something different is the reason I never ordered again. It was the bison meat with rice and it was hands down one of the worst things I've ever tasted. There was absolutely no flavor whatsoever, it was just nasty. Their juices are good though. read more

Told myself I wouldn't go to this place again after the horrible delivery experience that I chose to not leave a review about.. but it was convenient on my way home from the gym.. walked in greeted the workers sat down waited 10 min not one worker came to the table or anything. I had to go to the workers and ask if anyone's gonna serve us they all looked around and said you have to order at the counter. So why the whole time sitting there nobody wanted to tell us or say anything? Place is filled with lazy workers and ppl who give attitudes when asking a simple question. Don't know how this place is even still open anymore. read more

What can I say besides this place is amazing the crazy part is I never even been here.... only ordered from delivery. Each time I ordered the food was amazing and they came way earlier than expected. Worst lunch mistake ever. I ordered their Turkey Pizza Burger for lunch and it was horrendous. It tasted like sponge material with wood chips topped with tomato paste and cheese flavored plastic. So happy the original owner is back, food is great again . Thank goodness . I'm so happy they are back

Delicious food great service, healthy options for everyone and for a decent price too

Not gonna lie I was pleasantly surprised. Chicken teriyaki wrap was delicious so was the banana peanut butter smoothie. Vegetable chili was no bargain. I'd order again though read more

This place is delicious! You can tell the ingredients are very fresh. I ordered the Guacamole Chicken lunch special, which is a great deal for the amount of stuff you get. The wrap was delicious, and the chicken quinoa soup was a great appetizer. I made my own smoothie, but should've stuck with one of their recommendations. Overall, very good! I'll be back. read more

Great service and great smoothies. Came with a group and they served a three course lunch very quickly.

I ordered for the first time today. I was nervous because I was pretty sure the place was small and no one I knew ever spoke about it. but I was so happy when my food arrived in about a half hour and saw that the portion size of the food was amazing for the price. Also how delicious the food was. The ingredients were amazing and the food wasn't soggy or anything like that. It was a perfect meal, I got the fuel quesadilla with sweet potato fries and I couldn't believe how fast I ate it. I will absolutely be ordering from fuel fever again and I will definitely be telling my friends about it. Just to add on the delivery driver was also very kind. read more

So I was craving an Acai Bowl. Called Fuel and ordered it. Took forever but whatever, I can deal with that. What I couldn't deal with is the vile slop they delivered. It look like they poured a nastiest smoothie you ever saw into a container, along with what I hope were a couple of berries floating around. No sign of the granola I ordered. I might as well have burned that 10 bucks. read more

I ordered a pizza and it took over 60 minutes to come. It came freezing cold so I called to ask for a new one. They told me there's nothing they can do about the cold pizza, and that if they send a new one its only going to come cold again. So I asked for my money back and they couldn't refund me for whatever reason. All they kept saying was "We don't do that" as I asked for my money. Waste of time and money when I could have gotten much better food. This isn't the first issue I've had from this place. read more
