This location was surprisingly good. Be warned, it's in a TA travel center, but the restaurant is good sized. We beat the rush and ordered quickly. Food came out in a reasonable period of time. They had both Coke and Pepsi products at this location. The quality of the food was very good. Fuddruckers has a very distinctive flavor and this was definitely it. Burger was good, bun was excellent, fries were nicely seasoned. Only two minor complaints. The air conditioning was on full blast and it was very cold when it was running. And the tables were filling up with trash until someone eventually came to bus them. Luckily she came out just as the line was getting quite long so the new arrivals should have found a seat quickly. This place is suppose to be the better option to a dine in restaurant. I paid $12.14 for this 1/2 burger and sweet potato fries (no drink). For $2 more at the dine in restaurant that was replaced, I could have had a T-bone steak with loaded potato and salad bar. I would also like to note the sale of beer. As a professional driver and not having many, if any choices about good food. I am constantly narrowed down to one or two choices. I swore I would never frequent another Fuddruckers but as there was no other easy food option I decided to try again. But as you can see from the picture they have once again proven to be the worst chain burger restaurant on the planet. 16 bucks for a few fries that was supposed to be loaded they couldn't even bother to melt the cheese. Saturday-- 07/18/20 mid day. I normally love this place and even worked for 1 years ago- always liked their homemade buns and tasty burger toppings back then. I have been to this location a dozen times or so but not since they re-opened from the C***A 19 Pandemic. I was really looking forward to a nice burger but the wife noticed they are doing fish and chips now as well.I might not have ordered it but the burger fixin's bar is empty / closed so why pay $12 for a burger I can't build to my liking? I don't go to Pizza Hut for C*****e takeout and never should have went to Fuddruckers for fish and chips This was the g*******t, n******t tasting "fish and chips" I have ever had the displeasure of b******g up in my entire life. Even the "chips" potatoes were soggy and limp.We had to go next door to the gas station to get a soda filled. How pathetic they could not even have bottles in ice behind the counter. I was not the only person disgusted by the g*****e served to us. A group of 4 walked right out prior to ordering when they saw the "Fish N Chips" being served to someone else. I should have done the same. Take a word of advice and wait for them to get back to regular business b4 even thinking about a trip here or you'll end up in the *** If I should see Fish and Chips on their menu ever again I'll just wipe this place off the map of GOTO places for good food. May not have been my worst eating out experience but certainly in the top 10 maybe even top 5. 35 minutes to get food, trash all over the floor . When they put our food out from the kitchen it sat there getting cold, and some of our food fell out on the counter and they picked it put and put it back in the container. If they do that where you can see it I have to wonder what they do in the back that you can't see! Ever been to Fuddruckers before but not this one? This one is like the twilight zone. Our turn to order, and the lady ignores us (family of four). Her level of ignoring us was actually impressive. Haven't seen anyone act that oblivious to other humans in a long time. After a few mins, oh hey, do you want to order or something? It was like she was looking for something. Looking over her shoulder in the middle of or order. I guess she found it, because half way through ordering, the only employee there that seems to care about customer service took over taking our order. Not sure his name, but he was very friendly, and helpful. Ordering process Completed. Seemed a little higher than usual, but hey, we were at a truck stop, extra $$ for truck stop experience I guess. Waited roughly 22 mins, order was correct except cookies were omitted. Easy fix, after some were found. The food was actually pretty good. Burgers good, fries good, chicken good. -1 Star for lady ignoring us, and the rest of the line, -1 Star for the jacked up prices, and long wait. This is one of those restaurants that share the building with a truckstop gas station. It's not terrible, but it's bit different than the traditional Fuddruckers restaurants. We've decided to start making the extra drive up to Anderson to go to a restaurant version. The tables here didn't seem to be kept clean. A number of tables were folks left their trash on them. The veggie bar was non-existant, you had to ask for pre-packaged veggie bags from the counter. I suspect this was covid related however. I will need to revisit this place once things start settling down. read more

My husband and I along with two of our other friends came here to eat and my husband ordered a beer, (he's 22 almost 23) the manager on duty had to come and look at his ID and said he couldn't serve him beer because his license says "under 21" I said he's literally 22 you can look at his birthday and see that his license does not expire until 2024. The managers said it did not merger because it still said under 21... he said conceal our order and we walked out. We are now at Ruby Tuesday and they had no problem serving him beer as no other restaurant ever has. We will not be back because of this rude manager and dumb practice. read more

Went to the Commerce, GA location(8/13/20). The wife was told they no longer sell the single burgers in sizes, they only sell larger hamburgers as two small burgers. Was very disappointed when my wife arrived home. They didn't have the shredded lettuce. I couldn't complain on the website so I'm complaining here. The website doesn't mention the supposed change in the hamburgers. They used to be my favorite upscale hamburger place. Came here to stop by and grab something quick. Got the nachos. Didn't take long to get them until we found out that they missed up our order. We said chicken and got chili. Okay I work at a restaurant business so I understand orders get missed up. So I didn't make a big deal. The lady that worked there said okay I'll eat them then sat down at a table and helped herself with our missed up order. It took 10 minutes to make them. Not one of the good Fuddruckers out there. Prices seem higher than a normal Fuddruckers (this ones inside a travel center) but it's been awhile since I've been to one. Got the burger that has the mushrooms, bacon and a bbq sauce. The mushrooms were cold, the burger patty was cold and bland/tasteless. Even with the toppings and condiments. The chili on the fries was also cold and did not taste like chili. If I stop here again, I'll either go across the street to Bojangles or order something that's not a burger. read more

I love Fuddruckers, but not this one. It's attached to a gas station, that should have been my first sign. But the worst part was the smell. If I would have gotten a whiff of the smell in the dining room before I paid $40 for 3 combos I probably would have left. The bar area is much smaller than other locations and the employees weren't very pleasant or professional. Not sure why the credit card receipt prints out with an area to write in a tip? Why tip if they don't bring you your food or refill your drink? I'm very supportive of people who work in this industry and they earn their tips. But writing in a tip before you get your food and for a location that doesn't actually offer a service is crazy. Not to mention that our burgers were not cooked correctly! Like they were sitting somewhere for awhile. The condiments bar was sloppy and had not been freshened up for sometime. Lettuce was wilted and brown on the edges. One tomato left, and when we asked for more, they never refilled the bar. Still one tomato when we left. Very poor eatery to this area. Won't be here long. Overpriced and food is poor. What a terrible experience! We arrived on a Sunday night around 5:30. We were told they were out of potato wedges. Halfway through our meal we saw the table next to us eating wedges. We asked and were told they went to the grocery store and bought more. We were also told they don't have kids shakes but again saw another table had them. Pretty good for a newly opened restaurant. We went at 6:00 pm and they were covered up. It remained that way for over am hour. It did take about 25 mins to get our food.
