Over three weeks later both stores had done nothing. I had to personally drive to Hamilton to pick them up myself. Then when I was there, I had to wait 30 minutes before I could take them because the staff were having issues with their system and didn't seem to know how it worked. They also mispronounced my last name and joked about it. I will not be working with Henry's Camera again, which is sad, because it's where I have purchased almost all my camera equipment over the past 15 years. It seems they have really gone down hill.

No thank you, no goodbye: nothing. I even turned around and said something like "eh... goodbye?", but zero reaction. Another client looked at me in apparent astonishment, and we both shrugged. I've read complaints on Yelp & Google about the owner/lady being rude but I disagree. I think she's just very direct and has a loud voice which might rub people the wrong way but she's very nice & honest, which is why I continue to come here. She keeps your negatives if you plan to return and pick them up and offers digital recieving via email or prints. They offer other services here as well, such as scale prints, faxing, passport pictures, uploading & editing, format revision, etc. and little holiday decorations and greeting cards for all occasions as well. Continuing to note on price, I probably wouldn't buy film from here. I can buy a 3x36 pack of fujifilm 400 at Walmart for the same price they charge here for 1 roll. If you're looking for specialty film, they do carry it here but if price is your main concern I'd recommend shopping on Ebay or another wholesale retailer online. I recently went to this photo business for a passport photo. From beginning to end, it did not feel…read morelike a professional experience, it felt more like a nuisance that I was there giving them my business. In addition, there was no real direction in terms of actually taking my photo.. he quickly just took two shots and that was it. Nor did he allow me to look at it afterwards just to double check I was okay with it. Lastly, and as most reviews I now see are saying too, the passport office said my photo dimensions weren't even correct. They said that it was way too zoomed out and that "hopefully" it'll be accepted after the final process. This is pretty ridiculous considering this is something they should be familiar with as a "professional" photography business.. wouldn't recommend going here.
