As challenging as it was to make adjustments due to the style of the glasses, he was able to figure out a solution. I was so ecstatic!!! Not only did he amend the alignment of the temple arms so I could now wear my glasses, he did so expecting NO COMPENSATION! I was so eternally grateful, I persisted to INSIST he accept my offer of payment. Afterward, he gave me a lovely token (glasses care products). I'm am in AWE of his kindness and professionalism! And we got an appointment immediately and we are here for the exam we had a small waiting time which is tolerable and they did explain how two insurances company work together and how me and my husband could submit the claim. And also they do offer free eye exam if we take the glasses from them and adjust the fee with the glasses. Which is good, and it would give you more room of expenditure for your glasses.. they have pretty good collections , as I would always say they have quality than quantity.
