To start, I was slightly late for appointment with Dr. Jennifer Trac - literally running to the store because I got lost in the PATH. The staff was super understanding and checked me in very quickly, breezing through my pretest while asking me all the right questions and getting all the relevant information. Allan & Tate were extremely professional but still friendly during my visit. I felt really comfortable & confident in their ability to help me. When I went back to see Dr. Trac, she blew me away with her attention to detail and her ability to easily translate all her results into regular people language that I could understand. She was extremely patient in answering all my questions, and giving me an updated prescription that was definitely needed. Allan is actually a magician and picked out a beautiful pair of frames for me. They are light-weight titanium and suit my face really well, he has a great eye! Tate is the sweetest, he was on the phone with the insurance portal forever because the website for direct billing was down for maintenance when I got there. Their direct billing service is extremely convenient & definitely something I'll look for in the future. My glasses were ready in about a week & a half, which was expected because my prescription is kind of high and I added a lot of features on the lenses. The blue blockers are highly recommended by me if you spend a lot of time on a screen, it's made my eyes fatigue a lot less than they used to. I highly recommend you come! I think they have a discount for Ryerson students which definitely helps on the student budget, but regardless of who you are they definitely take your eye health seriously. Such an amazing experience, I'm blown away by the quality of service from this establishment.
