The worst part was every store I went to had awful customer service or literally not a single thing I wanted. I was desperate and worried I'd never get new glasses. Eight months into my search I finally found 312. First impression was good - Andrew, the owner, was helping other customers but still greeted us with a "hello", more than I could say for some other stores. The products are way more artistic and beautiful than run of the mill, and he helped identify what I liked and didn't, and was patient with me as I ended up coming in over 5 times to try things on!! Customer service never wavered and he was always honest and up front if something didn't look right or if he thought I'd regret it. Icing on the cake was a trunk sale with all the colours of Andy Wolf glasses, so I could see what they all looked like - that including Prosecco and Lindt chocolate! My glasses were expensive but so were many I looked at that were less impressive. Thanks to Andrew for his patience and he definitely made a lifetime customer out of me! Arrived 10 mins earlier than my appointment to fill up a form and for the staff/receptionist perform a preliminary test on my eyes. Dr. Karlin performed a comprehensive eye exam including checking the eyes to detect for diseases like cataracts, glaucoma and recommending preventive care. I had to buy my prescription glasses from another optical shop but had an issue since I opted for a progressive lenses and the reading prescription is somewhat incorrect. So I went back to this store for a vision reassessment and Dr. Karlin accommodated me on the spot for another eye exam without any additional charge. Fast/easy booking, friendly and experienced staff - I will surely come back here for my next eye exam.

Ended up getting my eyeglasses for more than two weeks and you need to call them yourself. Yes they're cheap and affordable but the basic frames are on the thinner side. If you're not careful enough, these frames are easier to break. Service is so so - the older guy (Owner) is welcoming and friendly but the rest of the staff have standoffish attitude and doesn't care except to make some sales. I did not buy these here. Jessica helped me within minutes. Both pairs fit me perfectly and I truly did not think it would be possible.
